Like: We liked the location. It was super close to everything. The breakfast was decent and the room was nice and big. There is an outside pool but sadly it was rainy our whole stay so we didn't try it out. Also a gym on the 2nd floor which we also didn't try out. The hotel had been renovated and the rooms and lobby were nicely furnished and overall a good value. We would stay there again! Dislike: When we arrived the house keeper didn't refill the soaps in the shower. I'm glad I brought toiletries. The next day though I went to the front desk and she gave me whole full size bottles to install in the shower dispenser myself. The 2nd thing was the mattress was hard and not comfortable for side sleepers. Lastly the elevator in the rear of the hotel was a little worn and would make noises and lurch up when using it. Like come to a stop. Make a noise then lunge upwards then stop and ding and the door would open. They really should get it serviced.

The staff was awesome. A young girl at the front desk helped me resolve a problem of my husband trying to reach my room phone, because my cell phone wasn't working. And afterwards she connected my husband's call to my room. It meant so much to me the extra effort she made to make sure I connected with my husband. Also the breakfast, which was included in my room fee, was so wonderful. I think it is the best buffet breakfast I have ever had. And they have a little store,so that if you forget toothpaste or need advice or need a microwave dinner or snacks or drinks, it's right there, so convenient. Plus, they do not charge extra for parking your car as some hotels do these days. And finally, the room was so quiet and the bed so comfortable that I slept like a baby, even the first night.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Staff was friendly. Location was close to many restaurants and stores. You could even walk to many of them. Area seemed to be clean and safe. Daily room service was offered if you wanted it. We were only there 5 days so just needed them once. Clean towels and washcloths were available upon request and brought to your room quickly. Breakfast was OK. No variation in menu but fresh each day. COFFEE WAS EXCELLENT!

The shower. Loved the walk in shower, however, to turn it on you had to step all the way in to reach the on /off handle I got blasted with ice water. I soon learned to turn the nozzle toward the back wall before turning it on. I think someone wasn't thinking when the shower was installed.

I stayed at La Quinta Hotel with my family, and despite being a 2-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. The overall atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service at an affordable price.

The location is great. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is good.

This is our second time staying here. I was not as impressed with the courtyard this trip as I was last summer. Last summer everything looked new and nice around the pool and this summer it honestly looked run down. Last summer there was a beautiful pergola over lounge cabanas that was gone this trip (I'm assuming storms probably took it out) but even excluding that, it was just pretty run down looking. But even saying all of that, because that's not a necessity. It is a great value hotel and we will continue to stay here on our return trips to the area.

My son moved to Addison, so I travel here alot . This was my 1st time staying at this location. I'm a Manager of a Major Corporation, so I am one to pay attention to detail.This property was amazing an for the rates I extended a night making it 4 nights debated on the 5th😃 My kids loved the pool . I really enjoyed the Lighting & Cabana 🥰 Found my New spot when. I come to Addison. Last but not least, the Staff was amazing.I would hire every one that works for this establishment. Location was closed to my conference hotel. There are many restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance. The surroundings are pretty nice and look safe. Room is nice and big. I stayed in a Queen room by myself. There are many hotels within the area. There’s a massage place near by, which is pretty nice!

It’s not the most amazing hotel I’ve stayed in, but it’s pretty nice if you’re staying a couple of nights.

I'm sorry to say that I did not get to stay there.. unfortunately front desk clerk stated my credentials were not up to her standards so she was not able to accommodate me. Sad to say I liked the facility but went next door to best western and they were able to accommodate me. Thank you PJ

I didn't like that they were not able to work with me or at least try to. She just said no I can't help you. Not happy

I liked how the smell of the hotel was I like to smell it and smell dingy it didn't smell old I like the showers the overall experience was great.

I checked out 10 minutes early I still received a message saying I had a late check out and they wanted me to pay $40 I checked out earlier not sure what that's about I also didn't like the sound of the TV couldn't turn the volume up we could barely hear our shows.

Every staff member I spoke with was both courteous and professional. The staffer managing the breakfast buffet was constantly in motion making sure every guest found fresh food. She even poured coffee at tables (this was extremely usual service). Pet-friendly included a dog area with plenty of bags for pickup and disposal. Our dogs loved the area granted to them. All unmanned exterior doors required room key to re-enter the building. I like this security feature. The lobby area afforded a glass wall overlooking interior courtyard and high ceilings for a relaxing atmosphere of elegance without austere formality. Strange as it might seem, the odd-shaped room was a refreshing change from norm.

The thermostat on the wall was inoperative serving as a decoy from the actual control in the under-the-window unit. The facility is located under flight path of local airstrip. Low-flying planes were frequent. The entrance to the property seemed a bit awkward, but I was able to adjust.
