It's quiet, plenty of parking and the staff were quite helpful. The hotel is secure and easy to get to from the highway. The room is spacious and simply adorned. I had the mini apartment. I always like the fact when I can control the temperature in the room. It was clean and comfortable. It's pet friendly. It's very close to shopping and restaurants.

There is no coffee maker or iron in the room, and the stove did not work. Breakfast is not offered. I would suggest getting some curtains and maybe something on the walls to dampen the echo. The pillows are terrible. If I stay here again, I will definitely bring my own.

The man that checked us into our room was very nice and welcoming. The price was very fair. Full size kitchens were great.

The only thing I had an issue with was when I got off the elevator to the 4th floor, it smelled heavily of animals and or poop. I was worried about how our room would smell but when we entered our room it was okay. Also the woman that was checking people out the morning after we arrived was rude and didn't smile at all.

Clean and well organized

One certain staff member who works the front desk she has blonde hair and probably in her late 20s or early thirties. She had a very bad attitude towards everyone who walked in. I asked to check in and she completely ignored me for the first few minutes.

The room was clean, with great amenities. It was a good room at a good price.

The mattress wasn’t great and there was parking available but the did not have a lot of places close to the building.

I got to say the bed was very comfortable and I felt like I was at home. The rooms have a full size refrigerator and a stove top on the counter . And the room was very spacey . And it was well worth the price I paid for one night ! I would highly recommend. The lady at the front desk was very kind and understanding because we asked for a late checkout she make sure we had an extra couple hours without having to pay more

I appreciated that I was able to book last minute and bring my dog with me. The check-in process was smooth and convenient.

Since it was a quick stay, I didn’t notice anything major.

Elevator too slow. I felt that the parking was not secure enough.

I stayed here for 4 months due to apt issues... I absolutely loved it! Staff very friendly and understanding. Most people over here have been here a while so its like a lil Ole community
