Had a great experience the moment we walked in feeling welcomed, the room was comforting after long day of travel and accommodating as we asked for a first floor room and that was available. The gym had what we needed and very clean. Would recommend anyone to stay. We also enjoyed the variety of healthy breakfast selection along with messages from the staff that if we needed anything to just reach out by calling or to text, which I thought was a great upgrade. One last thing upon arrival we received a goodie bag for being honors members, which I can say this hotel was the first to ever give us anything! So good job!!!!

The beds were comfortable but a little firm, but did get good sleep. (Just spoiled by our bed at home:). ) wouldn’t have changed anything at the hotel!!

Breakfast was very good. Much better than I expected for 'included with room'. Many protein choices with great flavor in the breakfast bowl and the little biscuit i tried. No need to salt or even add hot sauce to find flavor. Eggs did not seem like usual free breakfast powdered egg variety. Very tasty. Also, totally dug the houndstooth wall design. My favorite pattern

Truly, only that I had just the one night. An extended stay here would be most cozy.

The hotel was light, bright, and clean. The free wi-fi was fast. Elevators were conveniently located and quick. Parking was plentiful and seemed very safe. Access to and from the interstate was easy to navigate.

The area is just being developed, so there weren’t nearby amenities such as restaurants, drug stores, etc. The breakfast was adequate, but lacked some important protein such as breakfast meat or yogurt.

Always clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

I gave an exceptional rating but not perfect. Generally the breakfast offerings were really good - except our 3rd (and last) morning. We came down about 7am and the coffee had run out and it took some time (10-15 min) before it was refilled. Also the 1% milk I poured on my oatmeal was curdled. 2 big negatives on an otherwise terrific 3-nught stay.

size of the room is fantastic double queen with sofa bed and the kitchenette was super convenient for reheating. it has very good access to the I30 and into Dallas and Rockwall for good restaurants. tea coffee and hot water 24 hours was a nice touch.

for an 8 night stay there was one “cleanse” however wasn’t what we expected, not only was the bed linen not changed but they didn’t even make it up. and our requests for vacuuming and towel refresh was not carried out the first time round. breakfast was ok just lacked variety for a longer stay

The price was incredible and was our main reason for trying the hotel.

We were there for the holidays, so I realize staffing is tricky, however the first two days we were there, we had no towels or service (even after talking to the front desk both times)! We found out the only time we’d get housecleaning is when we put our wet, used towels in the hallway.

The breakfast was fresh and had a lot of variety. The room was larger than most, and very clean. The hotel is new and well furnished. It was quiet at night. No major complaints.

There was a piece missing on the bathtub spout, so none of us could take a shower; staff was kind and apologetic about it.

Clean, comfortable, large room size. We got a room close to the lobby just like we requested. Great lobby

There was a garbage disposal in sink but couldnt find switch to use it. It needs to be cleaned out

Easy access, bright, clean and very friendly. This hotel runs very well! DeLance, Heather, LaTish, and Brendan were very hospitable. DeLance is an asset to your team. Breakfast was really very good.

It will be nice when the surrounding construction on I30 is complete.
