The breakfast was awesome! They did a good job of restocking and maintaining the breakfast area. There was a great selection of items, It was very quiet most of the time even though it was very busy on the weekend. The staff was very friendly. They answered our questions and made our stay so easy!

We had what looked like a strobe light coming from the air conditioner when it turned on. There was a blue light in the unit and it flashed on and off all night illuminating the ceiling. Had to get used to it.

Location on & off I-30 is easy. Staff was friendly. I even left a bag hanging on the back of bathroom door; maids had turned it in for easy retrieval hours later. Breakfast is exceptional! Service is a lengthy 4 hrs too. I thought the 3rd floor ice maker did not work. Desk clerk (Chloe) volunteered to go right upstairs with me and check it out. It worked!

Pool was closed, but that's understandable; it's mid April. 3 of us, yet only 2 bath towels.

Did not like the potatoes nor the sausage patties. Potatoes were too spicy. Iron keep throwing the electrical breaker (ground fault). Had to go to front desk and ask for an ironing board. Ironing board needed to be padded more. Hair blow dryer didn’t work. Had to use my own. Did not have a luggage rack in our room.

Place was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful. Like the shampoo/conditioner/soap availability . Spacious room

Beds were not as comfortable as other Hampton Inn locations. Towels were too small! Coffee was not hot, very limited tea selection compared to previous Hampton Inn locations we stayed.

Very nice diverse breakfast; excellent scrambled eggs and coffee! Breakfast attendees were super nice. The breakfast area was much more comfortable than your typical hotel noisy cafeteria.

Off the Highway but it was a good value and once you park, you can walk on the side away from Highway to a few eateries. We really enjoyed the casual Snuffers - good food and beer choices served in a real glass - and it has a nice sunset over the lake!

Chloe was very personable and attentive. She hooked us up with paper plates and utensils when our Chinese takeout failed to include them. Breakfast was phenomenal. Waffle house wishes they had Hampton waffles! 👍Thumbs up guys n gals

Location was great. The room was spacious, plenty of closet and drawer space. The buffet was good and the hotel was clean.

The hotel was a little bit dated.

When we go see family we always stay here as staff is phenomenal and the property, room, and everything is always clean. If a problem with anything the staff will fix it straightaway!

This is such a nice hotel. I love that the water pressure was good!!!! The breakfast was really good. It was clean and the staff was really nice.

My thermostat wouldn't work, but the handyman fixed it quickly with a reset. The pre-made & heated omelet at breakfast tasted terrible.
