Breakfast was very good and there was a variety of items to choose from. The room was very clean and we had a decent view of the lake. Was within walking distance to several restaurants. The entrance ramp to I-30 was nearby and easy to get to and was just minutes from a variety of shopping locations. They have a nice outside sitting area just off the dining room. Staff was pleasant and responsive to our needs. Every time we returned from being out there was always someone there to greet us.

The elevator was out of order 2 times in the 4 days we were there but was repaired very quickly so was not too much on an inconvenience. They advertise a mini fridge in the rooms but did not seem to get as cold as I would have liked, when asked about it was told it was more of a chiller than a fridge, so to me it should not be advertised as a fridge. The alarm clock in our room needed to be replaced as it did not function correctly.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast with chef prepared food, real dishes with silverware and cups—not just plastic & styrofoam, have stayed here multiple times & always enjoy it, rooms and baths are spacious & clean. Very good closet and drawer space to unpack, and separate sitting area to watch tv.

I wish for better food variety available in the evening since there are not a lot of eateries nearby. I thought there was a safe in the room but not available this visit? A little misunderstanding & poor job on Sunday re housekeeping but nothing serious, room was well kept otherwise.

Excellent Breakfast service, everything was very delicious, hot, fresh, there was a variety for any type of vegan and non-vegan person to enjoy their breakfast while staying at the hotel, a friendly and comfortable environment to have breakfast.

The entire service was very good and I hope they continue that way and if there is anything they have to improve on my part everything was very good my family was very comfortable very happy and if any client makes a Complaint I hope it improves but it was excellent keep going So congratulations to the entire hotel team

Great location- easy to get on and off highway and get to other places easily. It’s close to the restaurants. The room was very clean and had everything you need for a comfy night’s stay. Breakfast was yummy- much better than some of the other hotel chains. We will stay again next time we visit Rockwall!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel looked nice. I liked the location.

The air in my room wasn't cooling at all times. I didn't report it, I just made it through those 2 days. That was my only problem. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there.

Property was good and in good location

We went for a baseball tournament and once we got there the next day we came down to go to the pool and guess what closed! Boys were disappointed and it wasn’t like we had a bunch we just had two!

I liked the ambiance. The location was quiet and offered easy access to many restaurants.

The microwave was dirty. Not due to staff, but other people used it. As a coffee drinker, I would have loved to come down at night to sit and enjoy a free cup of coffee while reading. However, this is not a deal breaket.

Great service, called front desk, because clean towels were needed. They were brought up right away. Loved the staff they were happy to help with whatever we needed.

Second day AC seemed a little warm. Had to call for clean towels. Don't know why room wasn't cleaned.

This was a really nice place to stay! Large modern room, everything was in like new condition, comfortable beds, sofa in sitting area, better than average lighting, plenty of towels (which were large and thick), it has a closet, and overall a very nice room. We appreciated the solid surface floor; often carpets are pretty dirty, so the un-carpeted floor is more likely to be clean. There was a rug in the sitting area that was very clean. The workout room was very clean and the equipment was high quality. Good breakfast selections, above average for sure.

Minor complaints: Always had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. Nobody was there when we arrived to check in and again twice in the morning. They were helpful enough once they came, but I always had to wait until somebody showed up. There was no freezer in the small fridge. There is no vent fan in the bathroom.

The staff which was usually one person especially in the evening or late night was phenomenal. They had to wear many hats and did it very well. Please give them all a raise.

There really is nothing I don’t like about the property.
