The rooms were clean.

Air conditioner unit leaked badly and had the carpet soaked with water. Rooms smelled musty. Front desk clerk was sick and coughing really bad. Had mask on chin not covering face as recommended for NOT spreading COVID or other contagious allergens. It was obvious that she was VERY sick , congested. And coughing very badly. She should have not been on the front desk position greeting guests in that condition. No CDC guidelines for COVID-19 were implemented as stated on website. Mask on chin is not effective 😒 Myself and my grandson are sick this morning after checking out and coming home yesterday. Going to be tested for COVID today.

location and price

asked for a 50 cash deposit didn’t have change for a 20 so it became a 60 cash deposit. returned the deposit after he viewed the room on checkout I can understand his concerns but customers should know in advance they will need to have 60 cash on them. I was lucky because I usually don’t cash on me. the desk clerk who may have been the manager or owner was not friendly just serious. Served continental breakfast did not try it.

All in all, I was pleased with my room. Very clean. Quiet.

I specifically asked to be on the first floor, because I have a hard time breathing due to COPD. That was done during booking. I arrived at the front desk, and they told me the only room they had available was on the 2nd floor!!! I had to take trips back and fourth and caused the rest of my stay very uncomfortable because of my breathing. I was limited as to what I could tote. Also worried because an individual was parked beside my vehicle ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Very disappointed. I WONT BE BACK!!

No breakfast available. I have stayed in the facility many times before. I like the location and the Motel . The staff is always nice and friendly.

The place was clean and comfortable. Price was affordable. Easy checkin and checkout.

Be prepared to pay $100 cash deposit. I kinda found that odd as Ive never had to pay a deposit anywhere before. You do get your deposit back at checkout if they find nothing wrong with it the room.
