Delicious breakfast! Typical pastries were available along with bagels. There was blueberry yogurt in single-serve containers. 2% and whole milk was kept chilled in the countertop refrigerator. There were hot items such as scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and breakfast potatoes. The coffee maker put out coffee made from concentrate, apparently, but it was drinkable. There was also a machine from which guests could get juices from concentrate. The room was so gorgeous and comfortable. The beds were advertised as queen size, but our party of 4 family members all concur that the width was not the same as our queen beds at home. However, that is a minor quibble. The air conditioner worked fabulously keeping us comfortable and keeping the humidity at bay. The water pressure in the bathroom shower/tub was fine. Speaking of the tub, it was very large, practically a soaking tub. Everything seemed clean throughout the property. The ever-present aroma was one of fresh, sanitized, well-kept lodging. My family would definitely stay here again if circumstances warranted. 10/10 excellent in every way! We had been victims of the recent storms in the Dallas area and had to temporarily relocate until power was restored to our home.

There was nothing about this stay that we didn't like. As mentioned earlier, the advertised queen-size beds seemed narrower than typical queens. The length of the beds was "queen," but the width was ... approximate. However, this is quite a minor quibble, and it did not affect our lovely stay in any way.

We have stayed here several times and love this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, with nice staff. They have a great breakfast, too. There is a very nice park not far away and are, also, restaurants and stores nearby.

There isn't really much to complain about. Only one time did we have a room that had an odor that needed to be taken care of...maybe carpet that needed to be replaced. And it would be nice to have an accessible plugs on the night stands for charging phones.

We got to choose the floor on where we wanted the room, which was amazing. Our room was close to the entrance and breakfast room. Which is also a plus if you travel with little kids and pets. The staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and polite. Especially the lady that worked the evening/night shift. She was great! The room was clean and very comfortable. Our kids liked it as well. We loved the modern walk-in shower. The breakfast was also very good.

The staff was great, the breakfasts were very good. Ee liked the room and location. Except for the one problem mentioned, we loved it.

The only problem was...there was an odor in our room that should be addressed. It was pretty strong when we first walked in and dissipated somewhat. I have keen smell...if it had been worse, we would have asked for a different room. I could tell that the room had been cleaned.

Friendly staff, comfortable, quiet room. Check and and check out was quick and easy.

The breakfast potatoes were dry and rubbery. Orange juice dispenser was just water and cranberry juice was watered down.

I left my rental car key on the counter at check in. They held on to it for me safely until I came to look for it.

There was a sign outside saying there was an ATM inside, but when I inquired about it, they said they did not have one.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. The house where I live is on the market to be sold and there was an open house and showings all weekend and at all hours. I work odd hours and needed to rest.

I missed breakfast. I came in at five AM one morning and there was no parking up front. The outdoor lights went out just as I exited my vehicle as I walked to the front entrance.
