The location was easy access off the highway, nothing confusing. Parking was good, breakfast was good, and much appreciated. Didn't have to go out and find anything. I enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting in the area.

Location was easy to find, immediately you smelt that the facility was clean and sanitized. Minimal holiday decorations, but still there was decorations

The over baring snell of bleach, and tho the staff were friendly they were somber and i just didn’t get the feel they loved being there.

The hotel was nice and very clean. The man at the front desk that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but not great.

There was $100 incidental fee that wasn't mentioned on this app where it's listed for other hotels. I was able to pay this fee with cash and got it back at checkout, but if you use a card it can take up to 7 days to be refunded.

Great location

Housekeeping didn’t do a good job cleaning. Shower curtain was dirty, sheets had black spots. We stayed 5 days and the sheets were never changed. The pool cause two of people to get a rash. We aren’t sure what was in the water!!

the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. it smelled nice in the halls and in the rooms. the a/c worked great. and the water pressure was great. Overall not a lot of complaints.

The breakfast wasn't great. and the shelf in the shower was broken but didn't really bother us.

The breakfast was okay. Good variety of options. Location was close to where we needed to be, but far enough from the busiest most high traffic areas.

Our room smelled strange. It was 76 in our room when we arrived. The heat had been left on, and it wasn’t cold outside. The bed was okay, but a little firm for my liking. I feel like we overpaid to stay at this property.

It was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. The staff (Andrea) is awesome! Breakfast had lots of options.

The towel situation was a slight headache. I had a 3 night stay and they kept insisting I give them my used towels before giving me more.

Hotel was very clean from lobby to room. Front desk staff was nice and engaging with my little ones. Breakfast options were better than other places around the area.

Deposit was a little higher than usual.

Very nice place, clean, front desk Receptionist was so nice and friendly and gave us a great food recommendation. Room was nice, clean, I loved that they had the big disposable bottles of shampoo and conditioner super convenient,

The lobby felt like the heater was on and it was over 90 degrees outside
