The breakfast was nice and fresh. The hotel was clean and staff was very kind.

The facility was nice, however the parking was a problem. We were required to pay $10 for parking each day which is fine, however, on one of the nights we stayed their was an event at the rodeo next door. Because of this event our parking space that we had already paid for for the day was given to someone else and left us without parking. If we are to pay for parking that should garuntee a parking spot. I did not find it professional that ours was given away when we left for dinner that night with no warning or refund for parking.

The breakfast was really good. The kitchen staff was good.

I dont think, right location and timings was good.

The hotel had an easy check in. The staff was so nice and welcoming. I came in with a group for a book expo and hip-hop rodeo. The location was ideal, within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing. I booked quite a while ago so I locked in an amazing price. The only slight issue was some of the power outlets did not work and our windows faced a building so we didn't get much natural sunlight. But no biggie.

There was nothing I didn't like, to be honest.

I loved the hotel and the cleanliness of the facility. Also, the location w a s convenient for our needs.

Two things kept my evaluation from being a 10 and excellent. Firstly and most importantly, this large hotel had only ONE working elevator for guests AND staff. Also, the breakfast area is very small and got crowded quickly, making for an unpleasant breakfast experience.

The location and hotel are wonderful. I can't remember the front desk ladies name bt I was a little annoyed that she seemed to be nicer to the lady she was assisting prior to me, bt when it was my turn she wasn't rude bt a little passive aggressive and she did not ask me if I was a member or apart of the diamond club which I am. She offered the customer before me bag with water and snacks, she did not offer or ask if I wanted a bag. I had to send my wife back down there on principle and then she gave us water only when I know 100% staying at these properties that members get a water and a snack. Moral of the story is you do not know who people are so treat everyone the same always! I also watched her do the samething to 2 other customers.

Sorry I put my comment in the wrong box lol oh I do not like that customers have to pay to park, I think you all should just add it into to the hotel stay.

The location was great! The front desk was very friendly. The room was spotless and very comfortable.

This property was packed for an event as I expect that it often is since the Mesquite Conference Center is attached. The space the hotel has to serve breakfast is so small the lines were so long. For instance there was only one waffle maker. There were plenty of seating options just not enough area for breakfast to be served.

Location is great, near enough to family to be convenient. The desk personnel were helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices (even for a vegetarian).

Somehow was missed on cleaning schedule, after requesting room be made up on third day of stay (they came on the fourth day) My room had a connecting door to some rather noisy people, but turning the fan on helped me to sleep very well after the first night.

Property was clean and comfortable beds,convenient to the convention center.Breakfast was fresh and tasty.Will stay again if there are no parking fees

Paying for hotel parking is a cheap way to fleece the customers for more money and should be stopped!!!This isn’t Vegas,Only two elevators that were overwhelmed with traffic and the cleaning staff just pushed their big ass cart almost into me in the elevator and didn’t apologize,excuse me.Nothing pretty rude on the cleaning staff part.

The cleanliness of the facility and the bed sheets were actually spotless. (I use a blacklight on the sheets and other furnishings at hotels to check for any bugs and stains on sheets) The front desk answered a question that my boyfriend and I had. The hotel was quiet during the day and at night. The bed was super comfortable and lastly, the breakfast was outstanding.

There was nothing to not like

I cant remember the lady at the front desk but she was amazing. Every time she seen me. She showed so much respect by calling me Ms. White and anything I needed she was willing to accommodate. She gets my highest voting/ranking of my overall stay!

I didn't like my neighbor playing music as loud as they did and for as long as they did, and I did not like that housekeeping comes and knocks at your door before 9 am and then again. If anything housekeeping needs to check with front desk to see who has checked out already and clean those rooms first before bothering travelers who may utilize the full time before having to check out.
