The location was easy access off the highway, nothing confusing. Parking was good, breakfast was good, and much appreciated. Didn't have to go out and find anything. I enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting in the area.

Location was easy to find, immediately you smelt that the facility was clean and sanitized. Minimal holiday decorations, but still there was decorations

The over baring snell of bleach, and tho the staff were friendly they were somber and i just didn’t get the feel they loved being there.

The hotel was nice and very clean. The man at the front desk that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but not great.

There was $100 incidental fee that wasn't mentioned on this app where it's listed for other hotels. I was able to pay this fee with cash and got it back at checkout, but if you use a card it can take up to 7 days to be refunded.

the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. it smelled nice in the halls and in the rooms. the a/c worked great. and the water pressure was great. Overall not a lot of complaints.

The breakfast wasn't great. and the shelf in the shower was broken but didn't really bother us.

The breakfast was okay. Good variety of options. Location was close to where we needed to be, but far enough from the busiest most high traffic areas.

Our room smelled strange. It was 76 in our room when we arrived. The heat had been left on, and it wasn’t cold outside. The bed was okay, but a little firm for my liking. I feel like we overpaid to stay at this property.

Hotel was very clean from lobby to room. Front desk staff was nice and engaging with my little ones. Breakfast options were better than other places around the area.

Deposit was a little higher than usual.

Very nice place, clean, front desk Receptionist was so nice and friendly and gave us a great food recommendation. Room was nice, clean, I loved that they had the big disposable bottles of shampoo and conditioner super convenient,

It’s a new building very modern. It was clean, for the most part. I clean for a living, I noticed little things here and there.. they need to do a better job vacuuming, wiping down counters, getting into the corners. the container to get ice had oil on it. Looked like they were in a hurry to clean the room. The staff was super friendly, amazing customer service. The breakfast was simple, but good.

My stay was Tuesday-Saturday. I ended up staying with my friend on Friday night. There was something going on, every night I was there. Party, cops, yelling in the other room. Who needs a TV 😂

I wasn't originally booked at this hotel. But this hotel saved me at my time of desperate need. And it was vlose to midnight. I had glew into DFW and booked a rental. Drove to another hotel elsewhere and upon arrival the hotel was a negative 0. The smell was awful,the feel creepy,the look unclean the staff. I literally was in tears. I wasn't there 10 minutes got a full refund. Called this hotel and was glad I did. 110% improvement. The staff was helpful courtesy at midnight mind you. Booked just the one night out of past experience fear. Next day booked the rest of my 4 days here. Excellent experience. Thank you

We're from Minnesota and my partner mentioned to me in the room that there was pictures of cotton. I didn't think twice about it but it bothered him to the point he wanted to switch rooms. The next day we checked out and rechecked back into a different room and again pictures of cotton fields,also in the bathroom more cotton. At this point after our last hotel experience I wasn't leaving. He covered them with towels until we left. Also we would walk through the hotel lobby and low and behold more cotton pictures. This really rubbed him the wrong way. He's from the south born and raised I'm from the midwest. I see and felt his point.

The hotel was very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was great gave plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were clean and everything was working, didn’t smell like a hotel room. Overall we were pleased with our stay.
