I was sick and couldn't drive anymore. I walked in and was immediately at ease knowing thatbthis place would be great for my stay. It was satisfying from the customer service to the design of the walls and cleanliness of the establishment. I checked in early with a ready room and witnessed the mopping of the floors. Impressive!! Breakfast was set up nice in the morning. Thanks Tru for a great stay when I didn't feel my best!

If I had to complain, the hot drinking water was at best warm. They had no bacon. The room had no microwave. You had to go downstairs to warm up food. Overall, it was still great.

Convenient, Simple, Large. If you ever wondered what staying at an Ikea is like, this is it. The rooms are huge with plenty of room for extra people if needed. There is no pull-out couch and furniture is very simple but two queen-sized air-mattresses could probably be fit in the available room with space to walk around! For a one-night stay, the room was perfect for keeping things simple and getting the desired night of rest. Despite being in a busy area, I couldn't hear any traffic or outside noise. Restaurants and convenience stores are easily accessible and Buc-ee's is within walking distance.

The floors do not have carpet so some sounds from surrounding rooms and the hallway seem to travel better than if there were floor coverings. I wouldn't say the hotel was noisy but if your neighbors (above you and beside you) have dogs, hard--sole shoes, the room may be kind of noisy.

The hotel appeared to be newer, very nice. Front staff, Cedric, was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. All in all, a very pleasant place to spend the night. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Beautiful room with decent amenities. Beautifully cleaned and decorated.

Tiny fridge and no microwave. Shower head could be better for the price of the room and shower ledge dumps water on floor when door is opened because of the poor design.

VERY Friendly and Courteous Staff!! Room was clean!

I was expecting tax on $149.00 and my total bill was a little over $193.00, due to some $15 fee I had no knowledge of prior. Supposedly my credit card will get credited the $15 back. I might have just missed reading something when I booked, though. It is now May 3, and I have yet to see the $15 credit on my Discover card.

I hit bed rail on the bed edge so often I have bruises. Not good for getting up in the middle of the night or just getting on the bed.

Hotel was perfect location and the staff was excellent even gave recommendations on places to eat around the area.

Everything was great

One of the best nights stay ever! Beds were great, place was clean, and staff was wonderful! I don’t know if all Tru by Hilton are this nice, but this one was exceptional. Great value.

The crazy soap dispensers were, well, crazy. what on earth were they thinking. Try to build a better mouse trap they said; failed I did.
