Overall, it was a good experience. We were given one towel that definitely wasn't laundered well enough. There was a lot of light coming into the room all night from the prison across the highway. I couldn't figure out how to lower the blinds any more than they were which left about a 12 inch gap at the bottom and shone right in your face when laying in bed. Not the hotel's fault but room darkening curtains would be a great addition on that side. Other than that, it was good. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. We will be back.

Breakfast was good! Eggs,sausage, waffles, and seasoned potatoes. Coffee, juice and fruit. What's not to like? Warm and comforting. Cereals, pastries for carb lovers. Thanks for the variety! Comfy bed, plenty of lighting. Streaming service. Lobby and breakfast areas are clean.

I didn't like the sneaky attempt to add on $20 for early check in. We arrived ONE hour and a half early and when I was about to accept credit card charge on the machine, I noticed a higher amount than my confirmation/reservation. I asked and the clerk said - "Oh that's for early check in." She didn't even warn us beforehand! I wonder how many people have accepted charges without looking? It's unprofessional not to advise guests of the upcharge. The towels look dingy. No nice fold of last sheet of toilet paper roll on holder. In face the toilet roll was nearly used up. So looks like bathroom was not addressed in cleaning between guests. Shower floor had hair in corner.

The staff is amazing. I had a situation of being charged twice and they took care of it without hesitation. The desk clerk I can't remember her name to the manager I believe Mr. Patrick did amazing job of helping us fix the problem. This will be my new favorite hotel every time we are coming to visit family near Seagoville.

The only issue I had was there was a smell in the room but we had air freshener 😂. That's the only problem I really had.

The staff was amazing even the housekeeping staff. This is what made the stay wonderful. They were very helpful in giving us directions to places we wanted to go. They all deserve recognition. Thank you so much

The rooms were very clean and the building was well maintained. Front desk agent was very friendly and answered all our questions with assail.

Breakfast could improve!!! Sausage not fully cooked and eggs tasted like powder

A small hotel that was needed in a quick. Stayed 2 nights, and would stay again if needed. Very clean, and seemed busy. No elevator, have to take the stairs, so keep that in mind when carrying heavy bags.

No stairs, and went down for breakfast at 9:30am and everything was gone, and workers weren't going to make more. They did have cereal and oatmeal though.
