Just stay here was fine it's just your night attendant was not friendly the lady older lady was not friendly I would stay here again just long as I make my reservations online because they would tell you they didn't have room but they do if you go in straight through the door so I always make your reservations online so you could get your room because if you don't they'll tell you they don't have room and then turn around and then book my room and they had

It would be the night attendant she told me they did not have room and then I turn around and went back out to my vehicle and book my room and came back a few minutes later and got a room

We left earlier than breakfast and returned late evening so didn’t experience kitchen. Location was excellent, close to shopping, eateries and freeway for ease of travel. Attendant at front desk during checkin was friendly, professional n exemplary member of your brand!

Nothing to really complain about. We stayed 3 days n day one was a beautiful clean, by 2nd clean the basics was completed, I.e. room wasn’t vacuumed ( floor evidence) , shower glass wasn’t washed (water/soap evident). It wasn’t so bad that I felt unclean but appears a policy of extended stay make the bed, clean towels and wipe bathroom counter n toiletries.

The hotel is close to Bucee’s, other shopping, Film Alley(Movie theater, video arcade, and bowling alley), and a close drive to Dallas. The hotel has a small indoor heated pull and our grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the middle of winter. We also enjoyed the buffet style hot breakfast. This hotel is new and was very clean.

The indoor pool didn’t open until 10 am, and we would have liked to take an early morning swim.

This property was one of our last stops during a 10 day vacation! I dont usually review hotels but I am happy to make an exception for this one! From check-in to check out, everything was awesome! If in the Dallas area again, this will be the only place will will make reservations for! As an extra bonus, the property is directly off the interstate & across the street from a BUC CEES!! Thank you so much!

Everything was clean and our room was a nice size. They had plenty to offer from a little c-store at the front desk to the pool, gym, and breakfast.

There's really no negative comments to leave. However, I will say that the listing says the rooms are "soundproof," but I can assure you they are not. Our room was right around the corner from the elevator and we could hear it every time it dinged. We could also hear people walking and talking down the hallway, and the person in the room above us stomped around all morning. Again, this didn't affect our stay any, just wanted to note the rooms are not soundproof.

The staff was kind and friendly, and the room and lobby were always clean. The bed was perfectly comfortable for both of us to sleep well. The air conditioning worked very well especially considering the outside temperatures were extremely high.

The water pressure in the shower was very low on both nights that we stayed, but at least it was clean and nice. The lobby had a wonderful smell; however, when exiting the elevator on the third floor, the smell was not as pleasant. Thankfully, the room had no smell at all.

The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioner cooled the room perfectly on such a hot day in Texas. It was a great night's sleep. The location next to Buccee's is perfect for all of our traveling needs.

When checking in, we were given a room that was not cleaned thoroughly. However, when returning to the front desk to inform them, they were extremely kind and provided us with keys to another room without any hesitation or issues. I appreciate their professionalism handling this problem.

The breakfast was good. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows for the guests. The hotel interior was absolutely beautiful, and the location of the hotel was extremely convenient and close to shopping, eating options, coffee and of course BUCEES. It was a great stay, and we even enjoyed the nice theater right down the street.

The presentation of the hotel at the entry way was great. And very friendly staff, very easy to navigate your way around the property, very colorful, and spacious in the lounging area on first floor. Like the easy access from side of hotel, and the pool, and workout room

Did not like the small bars of soap in the bath room, and not enough lighting in the room. The toilet paper roll was too far to the rear of toilet. Don't short cut the customer with amenities like soap just have stationary refillable soap bottles in shower for example.

Super clean room and nice hotel layout. Doc checked us in and is very nice and welcoming.

Breakfast was alright. I was hoping the hot food tasted better, since the hotel is so awesome. The hot food was typical hotel food. It does have a good variety of cold foods and fresh fruit that I was able to eat.
