The room and the amenities were clean. Its near UT Dallas in the heart of Richardson near Plano, on I75, so location wise its very convenient. For someone with pets or family, don't miss out the Prairie creek park nearby.
The initial room allocated to me at bldg 5 had some strange smell entering the room and I had to request for a change of room. The laundry machines take $3 each as quarters for washing and drying. So if you plan on staying for long, have ample quarters.

The washer dryer I thought was a little expensive at $3.00 a wash and dry

Property was extremely clean, I had great communication with front desk. Everything worked perfectly, and the suite was well worth the price.

The room is large comfortable with refrigerator and stove and coffee maker. Has great laundry room and good gym. Good location. It is now a condo not hotel.
The property is still being renovated with 2 buildings empty. Nobody at front desk after 5 nor Sundays. Door to bldg 5 not closing, door was always unlocked. So it felt unsafe. No extra toilet paper left, so only 1 roll. Wait til they finish remodeling to book, should be better than.

Good location,decent price,working ac.
Needs some repairs, flooring is a little messed up and the tv doesn’t work and I was not provided a tv remote. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I don’t like that the office isn’t open 24 hours or for longer hours atleast. There was a point in my stay that my key didn’t work to let me in the building and if it had happened just a couple minutes later than it did the office would have been closed at 3pm. Also it’s the middle of summer and Fourth of July weekend and the pool is closed, bummer.
