Fact that I can connect any of my external drives including my phone to the TV and having it so accessible it made me less frustrated with all the other hotels that make it so difficult. I like the the only window that rolls up I like the how the pillows were enlarged and fluffy I like the bathroom and how spacious it is

The lights and the table in the corner

It was clean, and great for the value. Good for flying in and out of Dallas. Its a bed and shower. Laundry is around the corner.

The big water roaches that were un the bathroom that came thru a hole in the wall behind the toilet. But I plugged it with paper and went to sleep.

The service was great! They helped me from the time I stepped thru the door Home away from Home make sure you check in here if you have the chance!! They definitely will leave the light on for you day or night!!

There is no internet connection, except a very weak wifi No shampoo available Neighbor with noisy bass music till midnight

More service for ill resident

Ash is a very nice guy and always makes sure his guest are safe and secure plus this is a very quite and save place ignore all the bad comments trust I usually don’t stay at hotel I come from California and this has been the safest cleanest place I been here in garland

The front desk clerks were very professional. The room I was in was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well. It was quiet around the facility. It is a very fine hotel.

The staff was awesome they're so helpful and friendly. Leo is always greeting me with an awesome smile. The rooms are always clean. The snack areas are exceptional and located throughout the motel.

Although there wasn't a refrigerator and microwave in our room. There was a microwave and ice machine's on property.

The location was good in a pretty decent area of garland. The bed was comfortable and room was tidy

The water would get hot and then very cold within seconds. The water was flowing just up to my ankles and draining slowly but other than that the room was very clean

If I could I would give 10 start review the cleaning lady’s are so nice respectful and if I staying here for work and u tell them come later to clean it or to not bother u they will very respectful

What breakfast? No comp coffee

I had no idea all of the rooms doesn't have a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker! Thought that was just normal basic items. Didn't even have a phone in the room to call the front desk
