Mrs. Stephanie was amazing. She was nice she was kind and thoughtful. I really appreciate it her booking Us in to our room. The rooms were clean the bathrooms was clean, the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The staff was amazingly helpful I had to go down and ask what was the Wi-Fi the guy there was very nice and giving me the Wi-Fi information helping me to go into the Wi-Fi on my phone so that I will be able to do it when I got upstairs. The breakfast people was very nice the food was good. I appreciate them getting there at 5:00 in the morning to cook us breakfast. the place was clean. The staff was nice and friendly. Just very grateful for my stay there I'm very grateful for everyone that was involved in the care of the building as well so as the staff members that took really good care of the guests that was in the facility.

The pool was closed because the water was too cold but other than that it was great!

Extremely spacious room. Very comfortable bedding and pillows. Outlets were everywhere for charging your devices. What I loved most was the bathroom. It was huge and had all the amenities. Breakfast was fantastic. I ate until I passed out. Great staff too. They checked me in immediately after arriving early in the morning.

The location. The reason I booked this hotel was because I wanted to be closer to my friends. Other than that this location is not the most convenient. Unless you have a vehicle, everything is very spread apart. Including grocery and convenience stores.

Nice and clean

House keeping randomly opened our door while we were sleeping, without knocking around 9am. Didn’t announce themselves- realized we were still in bed and walked away. Addressed this with front desk and they just blew it off. Not sure if this is their policy or not? Also the entrance is so random. If you miss it, you miss it.

It was clean and fresh

The staff was on the phone while checking you in. (Personal calls) they also take forever to give your deposit back. It’s been a week and still don’t have it back in my account.

Breakfast was very good. I would have prefer bacon served more.

My room was not as clean still hair in shower. I didn’t feel sheets were clean so had them give new fresh sheets.

The receptionist was so nice to give us extra room when we didn't get the proper room that we booked with no additional fee. My family is just so relieved & happy.

There was no hottub and the indoor pool water was so cold!!! But the pool room was warm so I guess that helped a little bit

There was a fee for parking in the hotel parking lot. A bit unusual for similar hotels in the area.
