Good facility,clean and quite.

We had booked airport pick and we got the conformation from hotel’s message that driver will pick up at No. 8 pillar with board and logo showed Ibis. However, after we took car then arrived hotel, reception said the this wasn’t their shuttle car and driver was a liar. We needed to pay the traffic fee. And when we told any support from reception, they just said this was the problem from us and lair driver, they would not handle it. We can’t speak Vietnamese so we felt so helpless and headache. If you would like to get pick up service, it’s better to call hotel and ask them to make confirmation before taking car even it showed LOGO with Ibis. Because it maybe the fake LOGO and car. So sad for the airport pick up service.

Great place, reccomended by me. When I first arrived in Saigon, I stayed at another hotel, unfortunately, nothing like the photos or what was promised. So, I booked Saigon IBIS and thank goodness. On arrival, staff were friendly, helpful, the room was clean, the bathroom wonderful, and the bed was so soft and comfy. Room service was great. Breakfast was a mix of western and vietnamese foods. Starbucks in the lobby was great. I uses 'GRAB' to get taxis to places I wanted to go. The Hotel offered a shuttle every half hour to the airport. Which you organise for yourself on arrival or before checkout. I can't speak more highly of the place.

We were only here for 6 hours before catching a late flight. Staff were great, room met expectations, but travellers, I have to tell you, the rooftop pool was one of our favorite things in Ho Chi Min City. Do yourself a favor! Not only is it 15 floors high with panoramic views of the airport and a myriad of taxis plying their trade, the water is COOL. I dont mean fashionable, I mean, steam causing, sweat stopping, humidity dampening in the middle of a vietnam summer BEAUTIFULLY COOL. They run a free shuttle to the airport, which is only 700 metres away but its a very traffic busy 700 (we walked over and shuttled back), and the pool has a bar that would have been awesome but we didnt use. Nothing wrong with the facilities in the room either considering its a cheaper alternative.

Lovely rooftop bar and pool overlooking the planes come in. Food was fantastic and large buffet breakfast. Room was nice and clean, comfy bed and good shower. Room service quick. We stayed one night as was flying the next day but would have stayed longer.

Bar top staff seemed a little occupied in each other instead of customers and I did request a couple of songs instead of Vietnamese pop which I don’t think they were so keen on playing (maybe I was unfair asking for a song choice - to be fair they did eventually put some good music on after a couple of hours of me asking lol thank you)

The staff accepted my late cash payment on arrival on my request after a credit card glitch and kindly provided ongoing instructions for an airport pickup from Terminal 3 as well as kindly assisted me with some administrative issues. Free airport shuttle was a definite bonus. Also the possibility of having dinner on T level, thereby not having to leave the premises at night. The rooftop pool is a nice feature in this hotel, as is the coffee shop downstairs.

While convenient and comfortable for a stay prior to an early flight, the hotel is quite expensive for its standard, by Vietnamese standards. Breakfast is not included and is on offer for the highest rate I have ever seen in Vietnam.

Super close to the HoChiMinh City airport and the hotel provided a shuttle bus to and from the airport to meet our flights. We only stayed over night as we were departing our Vietnam holiday to travel to Bali before returning to Australia. The rooms were clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The shower was excellent as were the facilities for the compact room. We were surprised at how well insulated the room was as you could hear nothing of the flights from the airport. We would definitely use this hotel again if doing a red eye into HoChiMinh or if departing for a next day flight. The price for the overnight stay was so very reasonable and the hotel had a pool and sky top bar. If you wanted to catch Grab taxis around the City I also think it would make an ideal location for a lengthier stay.

The room service food was a bit average. Certainly not of a poor quality but you get so spoiled by great food in Vietnam that I just wouldn’t rate it as the best of meals I had on my 9 day trip.

Hotel is close to airport with free shuttle that is pre booked. The rooms are typical Ibis small but for a transit perfect. So there is not much room to unpack your luggage. The hotel has roof top bar that was lovely to relax and eat. Menu was not extensive but met our needs and had beer on tap. They will also give you ice for your room. The staff are amazing, we needed some ice pack frozen for a medical pack. The staff at bar organised for them to be frozen and picked up at breakfast, really great service. If you can include breakfast in your booking get it, we paid 308k but it was worth the money. Request 2 keys, my husband sat in the dark while I ran errands and organised the ice packs, the air con stayed on which was great. You need the key for the elevator.

I love this hotel, the room is comfortable, clean and nice and the bed is fantastic! Having the free shuttle service is a plus and even when my flight was delayed for four hours, you always kept in touch with me and kindly picked me up at midnight. The restaurant is also good, there's a great variety of fresh meals to choose from. I ordered room service, I had a hamburger and surprisingly to me, it was really good, the quality of the meat and the fries were amazingly good. The location is great and the pool has a nice view.

Everything!!! The beds which are designed for Ibis were soo comfortable and plush! The breakfast was absolutely, hands down the best breakfast buffet I have ever had from a hotel stay! The free airport shuttle was seamless!! The hotel staff went over and above to assist us and make our stay the best!! After check out We were even allowed to leave our luggage in a locker while we toured around and then the staff allowed us to hang out at the pool while we waited for our flight! We were so impressed!! The veggie burgers and fries were so tasty and massive portions! Thanks so much Ibis it was a great end to our time in Vietnam!! Can’t wait to stay with you again!!

Shuttle bus to airport Cleanless of the room Reception desk staff is professional and efficient

The staff at the restaurant on top floor was not friendly and helpful at all. As my 4 year old daughter was swimming. I asked them to get a towel ( they were three people behind the bar table). They just showed me “a wide “ direction of the bathroom very impolitely and tell me to find a one by myself inside. Result was after going in and out no towel in there. After the 4th time asking, one of the guy finally decided to come and went downstairs to get one towel for us. Very awkward experience.
