The location could not be better, it's on the beach, parking available, has a restaurant, WiFi. It's a great b&b. Staff are amazing, very helpful and deliver great service. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast service was a little slow but not a problem and has everything you could want. We ate at the restaurant twice, which was very good, great service and fair pricing.
Room comfort hasn't really been considered. The double bed was wildly uncomfortable and my husband and I alternated in the bottom bunk to sleep. The two chairs in the room are fine for short-term use but not relaxing.

The staff were amazing, they went out of their way to help us. The room was lovely, if slightly warm, though it was a gorgeous sunny day. Excellent location practically on the beach and not too far to drive from Martins Haven for the Skomer boat. Food at the restaurant was lovely, if slow, but they apologised for this, new staff being trained up and unexpected gorgeous sunny weather. Cocktails were great too. Easy to park.
Breakfast was slow. We waited almost 20mins for someone just to take our food order, breakfast took over an hour and a half to complete. Bed could have been more comfortable.

What a lovely guest house. The staff are all fabulous so welcoming and helpful and respectful. Young lad josh who we so more of in the weekend was five star so respectful and helpful but the whole team were brilliant all round. Food so fresh tasty breakfast was stunning with variety and quick not long to wait. Room was splendid comfortable and the view made it all. Right opposite the beach, sea view. Parking onsite no reservations first come.first served. Whole guest house and restaurant was spotlessly clean. Information well presented. Will definitely be back.
Nothing to not like. The whole atmosphere and location was fab

The Breakfast was good - breakfast service excellent and, for the type of accommodation, the food was good. I was particularly impressed with the owner whom I spoke to on the telephone regarding our dinner experience (the night before) who was accommodating, understanding and very willing to compensate us for problems that had arisen with the dinner.
Dinner in the pizzeria – but as I say above, the owner showed foresight in her willingness to listen to, and act on, our concerns.

Good choice of breakfast, either continental or cooked and having a restaurant attached worked very well. The room was clean and comfortable and having a sea view made the room light a airy. Great staff who looked after everything that was needed and happy to assist. The guest house although on the sea front is quiet and a good base for exploring the area.
A longer breakfast period that started earlier, especially when heading out on trips for the day.

It was a lovely guest house in a great location. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food in the pizza restaurant (which was part of the house) served excellent Italian food; the pizzas were lovely. Breakfast was relaxed and family friendly with a good choice and great coffee. The beach was literally across the road! Clean; lots of towels; lovely hot shower with good pressure.
We had expected on site parking but it was unavailable and we had to take our chances in a free council carpark; it was fine for us but a bit inconvenient and it would've been useful to know. The restaurant had run out of printed children's menus so the first night we paid for a far too large portion of pricey meatballs.! There was a children's menu but it was only offered verbally. A small fridge in the room might be nice?

Breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of variety and my son (vegan) and I (gluten free) were well looked after. Thank you. Location was excellent, very close to the sea. Surprisingly quiet as well. Shower was good, room had 3 windows, which was helpful. Staff were friendly and quite cheerful.
I found the pillows a bit high. I would have preferred slightly lower pillows - but no one else in my group complained. At the back of the property there was a digger / vehicle and maintenance work had presumably been going on as it was the end of the summer season. However, we still found somewhere to park and we were not disturbed by any noise. When we arrived in the evening I ended up walking through dinner guests as I didn't know the way! However, I could have entered round the side of the building, but it was not clear where to go to check in! The property was not cheap, but we were very happy with our stay. Thank you.

Location is fantastic, with a balcony overlooking the sea. Really handy having the Italian restaurant below, and the food is delicious.
Service at breakfast over the weekend was poor (but great on Monday!). It is a short breakfast period so everyone eats at the same time and one person cant deal efficiently with the food and drinks orders. Items (juice, bread, butter) not replaced over the weekend (but again great on Monday!)

The breakfast was very good with more or less anything you wanted. The choice of cereals could have been a little more extensive but everything else was perfect.
The noise from the restaurant at night was a little intrusive and got worse once it closed and the staff turned the music up whilst they cleared up and prepared for breakfast.

The location is A1 the best I have ever found right across the street from the never ending beach right in the middle of everything
If you don't drive like me Broad Haven is in the middle of nowhere and public transport is almost non existent so it's an expensive taxi ride to anywhere if you don't make one of the 3 buses a day that take hours but if you value experience above everything it is an unmatched experience
