Welcoming host who gave us lots of info. Very helpful. Everything was very clean and tidy. Pretty well equipped. We appreciated a few welcome ‘goodies’. Good bathroom and shower. Quiet location next to farmhouse. Convenient to get to lots of places - small towns(Narberth) countryside and coast The village has an interesting history to explore

The apartment is accessed by quite a steep staircase which might be difficult for some people. Carrying luggage up wasn’t easy. Although the kitchen was quite well equipped, a couple of useful additions would be a bread knife and scissors

Beautifully converted to very high standard. Good shelving - able to keep bags and clothes tidily stored - near large bathroom with walk-in shower . Kitchen facilities very good and everything easy to operate. Comfortable bed with option of 4.5 or 9 tog quilt. Lovely colours for furnishings and crockery. Milk, eggs and Welsh cakes left for us on arrival. Tea and coffee provided too. The position is good for Coastal path, Stackpole, Tenby and even St David's . Very pleasant owner - Julie, a working farmer on this dairy farm. We moved on, as planned, after 2 nights but missing it already.

Minor point..a colander and kitchen scissors would be helpful

Location was great, and a friendly and welcoming host. It was lovely having fresh eggs from the farm. Comfortable bed and sofa. Bay windows were nice and overall a lovely property. The walk in shower was fantastic.

Having the bathroom in between the bedroom and lounge could be inconvenient. If the one person is using the toilet, the other person can't go through to the lounge/bedroom. It would have been useful to have a colander when preparing food and also to have a coffee table in the lounge area. The TV was OK but very slow when changing channel. A second bedside table in the bedroom would be nice and if you are quite tall be aware there are low ceilings in the bedroom.

Lovely host, very welcoming! Beautiful apartment, very clean and had absolutely everything we needed in it! Easy access via keysafe. We enjoyed meeting the lovely farm pets. Good location to visit the whole of Pembrokeshire

This stay provided an automatic feeling of being in the comfort of your own home but with the added countryside feature. The working farm may be on-the-go and very busy at times but it is so peaceful compared to the usual city life of Cardiff. Julie the owner is extremely friendly person and knowledgeable of the local and surrounding areas. She gave the best information about where to go and where to eat (especially the hidden gems that tourists do not know). My 5-year old son was welcomed as their own and loved the idea of being on a working organic dairy farm. The family/working dog was lovely and a highlight of my son's experience. The apartment is a very good size for a mother and child to stay in. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed for a 4 night stay. Julie provided us with milk, fresh eggs from the farm and a little dessert. The local shops are in Narberth or a short drive to Haverfordwest where there is a Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons etc. A petrol station with the cheapest prices is just up the road in Robeaton Wathen. The apartment has a lovely welcome book, free WiFi and a smart TV with access to streaming services e.g., Netflix/YouTube (need your own accounts to login in mind). The bed was extremy comfy and the hot to cold Dyson fan was lovely addition to the night just after a shower and before bed. I would highly recommend this apartment/farm and would love to stay again. Julie and her family made our little holiday worth while!

There isn't anything that we didn't like. Only thing I'd like to mention is a little common sense really, but make sure you hold on to the banister to the staircase up to the apartment as it can be slippery when wet.

It was stunning, sparkling clean, you had everything you needed plus more. The owners were wonderful, had great recommendations and made sure you had everything you needed. Really friendly animals too!

There was nothing not to like.

Beautiful interior, friendly owners who welcomed us at the door with their own freerange eggs and milk. Kitchen was well supplied. There was a dyson air blower. Bedsheets were very comfy. There were two lovely cats in the yard that always came to say hi.

The bathroom was situated between the kitchen/ living room and bedroom.

We were on a working farm the apartment was beautiful very comfortable very clean . Listening to the cows in a morning was joyous. Great location. The owner Julie was lovely . Thank you for a wonderful stay. Fresh eggs for breakfast to highly recommend staying here.

Well equipped with good quality household items, finished to a high standard, comfortable apartment with the best bedding I have ever come across in a holiday home Hosts friendly, welcoming, helpful, despite being extremely busy!! Excellent on site covered parking. Lovely rural location.

We really loved our stay at Ash Grove Farm in Llawhaden. The host and her lovely dog were very warm and welcoming when we arrived and provided us with helpful information about the area. The accommodation was very clean, cosy and comfortable. It had everything we needed for self-catering and the host had even left some eggs, milk and cake. We liked little apartment so much that we ate in 3 out of our 4 nights because we just loved staying in the place. Llawhaden is a fascinating place, steeped in history, with its castle, church and bridge. It is also an ideal location to explore the whole Pembrokeshire. We will be recommending Ash Grove Farm to our friends and plan to return.
