A truly excellent breakfast, served promptly and very well presented. The location, just a short walk up to the town centre, suited us perfectly and the facility of parking our car at a modest extra cost was a bonus. Everyone was welcoming, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.

The room we chose to stay in, after looking at it, was on the top floor, up some rather steep stairs. We could have chosen an alternative room on a lower floor and, with hindsight, being elderly, that would have been a better option for us. Also, at the time we stayed, the mains water pressure in our shower was lower than normal although it did work eventually!

We arrived early before check in hoping to drop our cases off so that we could explore Windsor. The owners went a step further and said that our room was ready and we could check in. We were staying in the attic room which was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and it was very clean. The cooked breakfast was delicious and there were cereals to choose from as well. The location was great for visiting the castle etc. Would we stay again, absolutely.

Everything! Eileen is a beautiful landlady who put us up last minute when another hotel let us down. The room was clean and tidy. She made cereals for us to have in the morning as we had to leave early for a flight and couldn't make breakfast. Perfect place in a perfect location. Couldn't ask for more hospitable service and a beautiful place to stay! Thank you - we will be back soon!

The room #1 I stayed was spacious, spotlessly clean and had all that I would need for my stay. Looks like the room has just been renovated. It was good that I was able to reserve a secured parking space adjacent to the building. I enjoyed the excellent English breakfast. The staff was very friendly so I could feel at home.

I have no complaint at all. It would be perfect if they could also accept cashless payment as I usually don't carry cash for my regular short visit in the UK - but surely this is not a thing affecting total satisfaction of my stay. Remember that Windsor is located on air approach lanes to & from Heathrow where you hear jet noise regulalry. Personally it was not a problem but you might want to know it before booking this place if you are sensitive about such noises (however all hotels in Windsor should have the same problem more or less I think).

We were given a very warm welcome by the owner and able to check into our room much earlier than we expected. We were in Room 2,a beautifully decorated comfortable room with everything we needed. We stayed just one-night as we were visiting Windor Castle. Our pre ordered breakfast was amazing and presented beautifully. The Rutlands is a stunning property,and we would recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Windsor. We'll definitely return to The Rutlands if staying over again in Windsor. Having parking at the property is also a bonus,especially as our visit coincided with Royal Windsor Horse Show.

A very clean, nice and cozy place only around 10min walk from the castle. Lots of good restaurants and cafés nearby. Very polite hosts. I really appreciated the fact that a UK adapter and an iron were already available in the room - that saved me!

The only thing I could think of is that it would have been nice to have breakfast included in the rate or have the option to add it via Booking or pay by card as unfortunately I didn't have cash. Sockets nearby the bed and cotton sheets would have been great but anyway, my stay was great and enjoyable.

The Rutlands has to be the cleanest B&B I have ever stayed at, not a speck of dust or a cobweb in sight! The staff were all super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is a short walk from the centre and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops - really spoilt for choice. The room had everything we needed with plenty of storage and was very comfortable. Secured parking was very reasonably priced.

Lovely comfortable spacious room, well equipped, with own ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities etc. Quiet location. 5- 8 mins walk to Castle, central shopping and train station, restaurants. Included lovely cooked breakfast with different options to chose. Accommodation very clean and comfy and beautifully presented. Hosts very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful and well-maintained B&B. Everything was in perfect shape, beautifully decorated, super comfortable and cosy. Walking distance to Windsor Castle & downtown. Hosts were very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a lovely experience. Private parking for 1 or 2 cars in back for 10GBP per night. This is one of the best B&Bs I've had the pleasure of staying in. You will not be disappointed.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a good sized shower unit. The breakfast was substantial and well presented with a good selection of food on offer.

The only criticism was that the bed sheets and duvet cover were of a silky material which kept falling off the bed.I think the price of the accommodation was a little too high for what you received.
