Big room, nice comfortable bed. Location was good, the breakfast was excellent, a big spread/variety of food. Also the staff serving breakfast were very courteous and service orientated.

As a suggestion in most hotels in other countries a hot water kettle and a microwave is in every rood. Since the hotel cafetaria is only open in the mornings, it is not possible to get hot water or heat any food from outside. Lucas the front office manager and other staff were very helpful and courteous.

This is a very modern and nice hotel, with an outstanding breakfast. The personnel are very nice and they speak Spanish, English and Portuguese. Get 15% discount at restaurant Palenque, which is just besides the hotel when you're a guest here. Is worth going to this restaurant. The service and the food is very good!

It has some big panoramic windows, which is nice, but not of very big value at the lower levels. I figure that the higher you go, the better the view. So Room tip: Be sure to book a room at a higher level, for the view.

The hotel is new and very spacious. Rooms have a great view they occupy each a quarter of the total oval so the view is amazing. They are correct. Not luxurious. Basic. The floor upstairs with the panorama view is nice. Nice outdoor space too.

Good location in a quiet zone (also with a nice view). The rooms are enormous (clean, perfect temperature, etc). Delicious breakfast. You have a discount on the restaurant (15%) near the Hotel (same owners). Nice backyard with pool & places to rest.

You need to pay USD 5 per night for parking. The TV height in the room was too short, you almost couldn't see the TV in a comfortable position from the bed. The pool is external without temperature control (there is no jacuzzi).

well located, indoor garage with elevators, clean, robe towels lining, tasty breakfast with a lot of options, employees were gentile and helpfulness, nice gym on top floor, good swimming pool

No Kleenex provided. Soap bars were smaller than small and no soap dishes. Coffee machine broke during breakfast.

Staff was great, bedroom with great size and very confortable, breakfest is very diversified, near to a great a famous restaurant (El Palenque) and gym is ok.

It's always cold in punta (or at least windy). Should have a jacuzzi or work on climatizating the pool (wich is beautiful btw).

The staff was absolutely incredible and went over and above to help us and ensure our stay was amazing! Location was right across from Playa Brava and stunning!
