Great location, close to the peninsula but on a quiet side street. The hotel is very modern. The room was big and came with a balcony and a microwave, utensils and plates. Most comfortable beds and pillows on our South American trip. Nice rooftop with a gym and outside seating. Breakfast is good. Front desk staff speak English well. Internet was fast and never cut out.

The indoor pool was a bit too warm - and this is from someone who appreciates warm water. But it was tolerable compared to the pool at our hotel in Montevideo, which was like a hot tub. Seems to be a Uruguayan preference.

All fine, rooms are wonderful, quality furniture and extremely comfortable beds, gym, sauna and jacuzzi clean and very organized. Very nice place to be, location is close shops and other touristic points and restaurants. Breaksfast is wonderful with lot of options, restaurant for dinner is delicious. I would really reccomend it and would love to come back again.

Too many 1-off problems for price like room w water leak in bathroom ceiling so changing rooms middle of the night (Power safety) Restaurant not serve when empty, I asked for drink and possibly desert, unnecessarily rude

Location was great. A 5-10 minute walk to some great restaurants although the restaurant in the hotel was extremely good. The roof terrace bar had some great views. All the staff were very friendly but professional. We will definitely use this hotel and highly recommend it to friends and family

We loved everything about the hotel. The location is great, and the hotel is awesome. The staff is really friendly and willing to help at all times. The pool is absolutely great, warm and very comfortable in all ways. The rooftop is beautiful.. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely stay there again.

The room is bright and modern, with a little balcony and a kitchen corner. Nice furnishing and comfortable bed. The staff at reception is super polite and helpful. The breakfast is varied and abundant. Free parking is available. Overall, we fully enjoyed our stay, recommended.

An espresso coffee machine is provided but no capsules, so it is quite useless. The cleaning lady often forgot to leave towels, bath rug..

superb breakfast and location was just what we needed

didn´t like that there was a group of girls from Chile, I assume for some kind of competition, and they came dow to have breakfast in their pjs, barefoot, etc... Not a nice spectacle and it blurred the environment. I suggest you apply a regulation that people sure wear appropirate clothes within the hotel facilities. I mean it wouldn´t be ok if a guy came to have breakfast without a t-shirt because it´s hot, right? Well, if some people have lost their manners someone should at least set a limit, right. They didn´t bother or shout by the way, it was just not sthg nice, and being a mom o 3 teens I know it's hard!!
