The hotel's location is just perfect! We arrived and immediately went down to the beach for a walk. The hotel is not new but it is renovated and well maintained. The breakfast is amazing, with tons of options of bread, pastries, fruit and a cooked breakfast section. My husband and I had the best time with our parents.

The carpets on each floor should be cleaned more often as we thought they smelled a bit musty but other than that, everything was great!

The resort was clean and beautiful. Right across from the resort, there were several restaurants and a lovely boardwalk. To get into downtown Punta del Este, it can be a bit of a walk, so be prepared for that. The breakfasts were good, not too many options for people with egg allergies but other than that, the fruit was fresh and they had quite a selection of breads to choose from. The rooms were clean, modern, and beautiful. I had a lovely room with a beautiful view of the sea. The resort has several amenities, like paddle tennis, jogging tracks, a spa, and the usual gym and swimming pool. We loved our stay.

The main restaurant was the only one open for most days, so if you are there on business, you don't have too many options within the resort, other than the casino.

The facilities are great, the spa and pools are big and clean. The room was just perfect featuring a direct view to the beach, also very big and comfortable. The breakfast was okay, it had plenty options to choose from as expected. Many elevators so I never had to wait over a minute to get places. But the staff is truly their biggest asset: everyone is so friendly, polite and they’re always willing to help or give any recommendations thus making sure you have the best time in your stay.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I didn’t book more nights!

Very beautiful hotel, well located, great views, great casino, concerts every night in the Blend Bar

The rooms are a bit old. I requested a room for 3 and they had a small bed put up there, not really comfortable. I expected more. Another thumbs down: my mother’s side of the room smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast: they have staff serving almost everything, not allowing us to choose the exact quantity of food we desire (most of the times they serve more and there’s waste). Many times I had to wait in front of the fruits/ breads stands as there was no staff there, so no one to serve.

The location is great, across the street from Playa Mansa and a short walk to Gorlero, the Main Street with lots of shopping and dining options. The casino-hotel itself is beautiful, with ocean views from every balcony, very spacious rooms and super comfortable beds. It also features a world class wine tasting room, gym, spa and two impressive swimming pools, one indoors and one outdoors. Ovo, the beach restaurant across the street is very inviting, umbrellas and beach chairs are provided to guests, which is nice.

I really liked this hotel but had a disappointing experience twice in the Brisas dining room were breakfast was served. The staff had to be chased to get beverages, they wouldn’t even tell guests what was available to drink, were sweeping the floors with brooms around our table while we were still dining. In short, they were jerks that made guests feel unwelcome. There was one day that they had a different crew working and they were great but most times they were bad, hard to understand for a hotel at a five star level. The food was just ok.

Great location! Right across the street from a beautiful beach, easy walking distance to everything in town, and very, very safe! Pools and fitness center were excellent, and massage was fantastic! Excellent breakfast and meal services with abundant variety. Enjoyed variety of news services BBC, CNN, FOX, and Bloomberg. Front desk staff were outstanding in helping with reservations, transportation, and tours. Well done!

The electronic locks for the hotel room doors were a nightmare! We replaced our keys at least 6 times during our 4 day stay and even had the engineer come up and reprogram the lock, but nothing worked. At check-out, I probably turned in 8 keys and told the front desk of the constant key problems and was informed that many guests are having problems, and the hotel was working on a solution. Very limited movies available in English on TV and need more English Movie channels.

Staff was nice and friendly, the space pleasant, sauna great and views magnificent.

Unfortunately electrosmog level was a bit high, at some points in the bed, up to up to 25 mW/m2. Some very strong device of a client behind the wall? Some hotel installation? In case the hotel has a choice, it would be better to place those installations, doing itself useful things, in a way that clients do not need to sit or sleep in the electrosmog. There do exist different norms, why not to choose the safer ones to follow. There was some chemical smell, and when keeping the window open, the traffic noise was in. Towards the morning, outside the room also noise of some mechanism sounded.

Amazing hotel with a great view, walkable distance from the centre and the harbor Outdoor swimming pool heated as well as an indoor one jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath available and not busy at all Big and brand new gym machines I couldn’t try the wine restaurant that looks amazing because opens just during weekends I also got a free upgrade which was very nice and extended my stay for 3 more nights Last but not least a casino where you can spend a nice evening in a different way Relaxing days!! Really what I was looking for Thanks a lot!!

Bit pricy some items at the casino bar compare to what you receive

Breakfast was very nice, although having someone serve the fruits and bakery initially was a little weird. The food was delicious, with wide options. The room was very nice and super comfortable and spacious. The amenities at the hotel are nice, including the casino. There are options for a kids club if you have children at your party.

Nothing to complain about. It was all that I expected and more.

Everything was outstanding from the small details to the big things like comfortable bed, modern bathroom and hot shower, impressive breakfast buffet and interior pool and of course the wonderfully kind staff!
