The facility employees were excellent and extremely friendly. Our room was comfortable, but a little outdated. Limited places to eat with only 1 nice restaurant, which was only open for two nights during the week.

Limited food service, or selections. Older facilities, needs to be updated.

The staff was excellent. Above and beyond and going the extra mile. And of course the oceanfront view was absolutely beautiful. We also thought the room was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable.

Out of the ten nights we were there we only had one bad dinner at the buffet. We would have liked a microwave in our room. Also when we went to the casino you can only get cookies for dessert. None of the cakes were included so for anyone with a sweet tooth that can be disappointing. Our other small issue was getting our room cleaned. But we understood they were dealing with understaffed issues due to Covid. But as far as getting clean towels, coffee , water for the room that was a non issue. All you need to do is ask and they make sure you have some.

I thought the meals were good overall and the locations (I.e. grill, restaurant) very convenient. The staff at Divi were very professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My family felt welcomed throughout our stay and really enjoyed our time at the resort.

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

the beach wasn’t cleaned.

all inclusive so everything was right there. no swim up bar, but the bar was just steps from the pool and hot tub. they are still recovering from Maria - and a third of their rooms are still under repair. but the whole property is basically brand new due to the rebuilding after the hurricane.

it is in its own secluded part of the island on the Atlantic side. taxis from the airport will run you $65. renting a car is an option, but hairpin turns and driving on the left side of the road made me happy enough to take a taxi and stay out at the resort.

The location was amazing. A little off the beaten path but the views were breathtaking. Nothing beats watching the sunrise from over the ocean from the balcony in the room!

The only complaint if you wanna call it that was the jacuzzi wasn’t hot. But everything else was perfect

Helpful and friendly staff, a short ride to downtown, the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Pool was dirty every day, and the buffet is “eh”. Warning, if you go to get breakfast you should have your eggs made. They leave the standard scrambled ones out from the time breakfast starts until it ends hours later. The last hour of eggs are just hard and inedible.

The staff was accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Service was always prompt and delivered with a smile. The facilities and entertainment were also good.

The food was delicious, and staff was helpful and friendly. Well staffed and it was very nice to have a driver available we could schedule to be ready even very early morning (5am) to bring a group to the airport from the resort. The room, pool and hot tub were very clean, and activities were available (pickleball, weight room across the street, canoes)!

Letting guests know when they arrive how to get to the exercise room and how to find the activity office would be helpful (where you pick up canoes, ect). There wasn't signs for those, so more people would use them if they were easy to find!

All of the working staff were awesome people who worked hard for us and others that stay at the facility the dinners and drinks were awesome and amazing we had a fantastic time there and we did not want to leave and we will be back with our family and friends.
