I like that it was clean and quiet and it was a comfortable stay

Convention located off the highway and easy to get in and out of. Room was clean and nice for quick overnight stay.

Room was missing towels and little things can easily be fixed to make it nicer, like the broken towel bar. The trash was also not taken out from previous guest. Lobby had fox News on which was disappointing. Would have been nice to not have to deal with any politics at 9:30pm at night when you're tired and ready to turn in for the evening.

Attn: Managment Hi there. I'm homeless, and I needed to get out of the cold and the rain last night. My sister offered to get me a a hotel froom for a couple of nights, but she wouldn't have been able to do that if there weren't such a reasonable price on Booking.com. I can't tell you how grateful I am for this hotel and I love how clean and comfy the room is, as well as how nice everyone in staff has been. I wish I never had to leave! Thanks so much! There's not one negative word I can say about this hotel. The phone doesn't work but I have cell service so I dont need the room phone. I love it here.

The new furniture/beds, lamps, mirrors/fixtures, tv and vinyl "wood" flooring are beautiful! It will be super nice once they install mini fridges and microwaves. The guy at the desk was very friendly, check-in and check-out was fast and simple and the room appeared fairly clean (a/c needs to be checked in the room we stayed in.) The photos were turned correctly when I submitted them. 🤷

The toilet made a loud screeching noise when you flushed it. The screeching sound would continue for 15-20 seconds so, it was super annoying late at night. There was what appeared to be mold in the top of the air conditioner (looking into the vent.) The rooms do not currently have mini fridges or microwaves but, I understand that progress takes time and this is an older property. These are mostly minor inconveniences, sans the possible mold. The rooms themselves and the overall cleanliness have both greatly improved with the current owners and, their rate was great as well.

The property is basic. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it. The staff was great, helped me out with a few things. My room smelled like cigarettes so it was handled right away and the odor never returned.

We stayed there overnight on our way to Florida. It was nice.

Everything was great. The only problem was hauling our suitcases upstairs.

The shower was worth five stars lol. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and everything worked. Front desk staff was very nice!

Location is convenient to nearby restaurants and even a grocery store. They've been remodeling but I even asked for same room for my next visit

the manager was rude and very unpleasant I told her I was dying and happier and friendlier than she was at least to me.

Mostly the staff and the desk area to use my laptop as well as the bathroom was very clean and not tiny, The staff made sure I had everything I needed, was in a room close to a grassy area to walk my pets, and wish I had stayed there my first night in Alabama.

pool was not open, but hey its only April, did see they are doing some remodeling and the computer check in system seemed slow but all computers can act up now and then please do not hold that against them, the lady was very patient and did make the check in work
