Loved the cleanliness of the room/hotel! Bed was really comfortable and furniture was very clean. Staff greeted us with a smile, very friendly and willingness to help on each encounter. We stay in hotels alot in our area just for relaxation and this one has been top tier in my opinion. Rates are fair but I'd stay here even if the rates were higher because of cleanliness, comfort and staff being so inviting! I recommend anyone looking for value and cleanliness to check in right here at Sleep Inn Decatur Al!

Wish they had liquid shower gel on the wall like the shampoo & conditioner on the wall in the shower

The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the fitness center as well

Everyday of our stay there is one worker very rude to me about the breakfast in the mornings, i took a banana to eat outside and he yelled at me and it was if i was stealing or something when breakfast is included and it made me very uncomfortable and he watched everything i was getting to eat and i was feeding my grandchildren as well and it was just awful and now im not even wanting to get any breakfast cause if i take anything to eat outside to enjoy scenery he will come up and yell at me in front of everyone!!! I think he is an owner or something!

Property is less than a mile from my work , stayed here instead of at Hosp , because I knew I’d get sleep here , my only complaint was with the pillows , I felt they were small and flimsy , dissappointed with that , but that was my only complaint .The beds were comfortable and hotel was clean everywhere I saw , will use against. I’d have bad weather and I have to work !

Breakfast was almost nonexistent. They ran out of waffle mix with over an hour left in breakfast and didn’t refill it. Not real juice. “Sausage patties and eggs “ but nothing to go with it. Basically waffles or cereal

We mainly used the room to sleep. We had meetings away from the hotel all day. However, the hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant, the breakfast was good, and it was quiet for us to sleep.

The ONLY issue was there was a small drip in the tub. But it wasn't so bad that it interrupted our sleep.

The only problem with location is there is direct left turn out of hotel area. You have to turn right, cross three lanes to get into a turn lane and then make a u-turn to go left. And television channels...choices yes but getting them was a different story. I finally found one channel, not my favorite one, that I would watch. Wasn't happy with the television and channel selections at all. Didn't eat breakfast. Had my own food so I used the refrigerator and microwave...one of my reasons for staying here. The hotel has been redone since the last time I stayed and it looks good. Color scheme is beautiful. Bed was extremely comfortable. And the bathroom vanity with a good supply of towels was a nice addition too. For hotel to have had quite a few people staying it was quiet. No disturbances! If I ever travel back to Decatur, Al, I will stay here.

The television lineup given didn't match television channels at all. Couldn't find some of my favorites that normally are on hotel selections(Hallmark for one). Many selections are available but just not ones I prefer. But I made do.

Nice breakfast

I’m sure that there was a pet present and staying at hotel with a guest It seemed that the presence was know and intentionally over looked it was a grey pit bull roaming the property my whole stay Management should really inforcevthe no PET POLICY EVERYONE IS NOT PET FRIENDLY AND DONT WANT THEM IN THEIR SLEEPING QUARTERS OR VACATION

Ms. Tara at the front desk was amazing. Although there was a hiccup, She was very kind and patient. She fixed the mishap to accommodate the situation and gained a very happy customer.

The beds were very comfortable, I slept so well each night. Bedding was above average and added to the comfort. Breakfast scrambled eggs were well seasoned. Sausage also was very tasty, but not browned enough for my liking. They had a full lineup of the usual breakfast items. The entire motel was clean and well maintained.

The breakfast was wonderful! The room was clean and neat. All staff members we came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our brief stay!

I was in a handicap accessible room. The only complaint I have is about the shower. The shower curtain didn't keep water from going all over the floor outside the shower.
