The female staff members were helpful and friendly. The housekeepers were polite. The elder couple that works there together are so kind. The rooms were comfy. Would definitely book again.(I did.) A little dust in the corners but that’s typical if it’s dark and overlooked. We are currently having to travel to Decatur but it’s worth the trade-off. I can't tell you how many hotels I viewed in that area that were not at all like the pictures online. The Redroof rooms were exactly like the pictures online.

I will be there for a while so this is to be continued. Maybe that person in particular had a bad day but I didn't get friendly service from him.

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores and it is directly off of the Interstate. The staff was super nice, Caitlyn was pleasant on the phone and amazing in person! She helped my aunt with items she needed for her room, with no problem. The housekeeping crew were super nice and patient with us checking out right at check-out time! They even helped my aunt when she locked herself out.

As soon as you walk in, you can tell it used to be a "smoking" hotel. The room was a bit musty, maybe some ventilation, incense and hardcore cleaning spray would help. But it it was a nice enough room, the bed was comfy, the ac worked good, and it was overall pretty clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I felt safe while traveling with my children and the gentleman who checked us in was polite. The breakfast had great options of cereal, biscuits, eggs, sausage, pastries, and waffles. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff were very kind and accommodating. I got the King suite with the jet tub and the bed was comfy. There were 2 televisions. The jet tub was so relaxing and worked great. The water was hot, I absolutely loved my stay. The complimentary breakfast had many items to choose from. The shower was top of the line. The price was affordable, check in was a breeze, housekeeping were pleasant. I was overall very pleased and willl definitely stay again.😊

It was on the bottom floor. I couldn't figure out the a/c and the clerk came down and gladly helped! The staff was very nice.

Poor door seals. Could see the outside between door jam. Looked as if things were just thrown together. Complimentary breakfast wasn't very well-stocked. Pickings were slim to none.

I loved the full size fridge and table. The cable was good too.

The fact that I barely had any shampoo. Those little bottles you usually get before they put those shampoo stands and body wash stands up are sufficient enough. I usually buy my own but didn't get too before I got there.

Room and bath extremely clean, Largest Frig I have ever seen in a Hotel Room. Located so close to a resturant that they almost shared a parking lot. Other places to eay extremely close as was a gas station. Over all I would try it again.

Free breakfast, eggs, sausage and biscuts were not desirable, cereal and bagels fine, did not try the waffels. HVAC worked well but was loud!

I needed a place close to the highway that was pet friendly. I like the idea of the door being opened to outside. My car was parked right outside my door. It was easy to get my luggage in and out with the dog. It was easy to get the dog outside.

That it was super close to everything!

The only thing that stunk for us was there was only one washer && dryer. Someone had left wet towels in the washer and it smelled. Just wasn’t convenient to have to go elsewhere to wash clothes.

Room was nice and clean but the floor left my feet black when walking barefoot.

The pool was very dirty with lots of bugs. And we went to eat breakfast at 730am and everything was basically empty. No biscuits, waffle mix. The eggs were very watered down.
