The bed was comfortable. The room was large.

The lady at the desk when we checked in at 715 PM on December 20th refused to acknowledge me for several moments. Then when she finally did, she was extremely short and looked at me like I had bugs in my teeth when I asked her how she was doing... I would not like a person like her to be representing my HOSPITALITY business for certain. If she had a name badge I would give you her name, but she never shared that information with us. Everything else was very nice... EXCEPT that there was a used shower cap hanging on the hooks behind the bathroom door. I left it. Also the fridge did not fit properly into the cabinet which caused the door to be difficult to close on it. The door was open when we got there so it was hot.

Breakfast was great, just what we needed

Parking is difficult when the Hotel is fully booked like it was on our stay (I had asked the front desk if it was fully booked). We found the last spot available, but I saw other cars circling looking for a place to park.

I loved the location, there are so many fast food restaurants around the hotel, and it wasn’t too far from the airport. the bed was comfy and so were the blankets.. the room was nice and big, and so was the restroom.

I booked a King suite… and my only dislike was how the shower drain was in the middle of the floor.. it was kind of awkward to stand on the drain or around it. also the tv channels… the tv guide wasn’t accurate, any time I clicked on a show, it was showing something else…. the WiFi was decent but could be better..

The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet was adult height!!

The front desk person wasn't friendly at all. Barely spoke to us. Just told us to put our credit card in the machine and kinda acted like we were bothering her just to get our room key.

Friendly check-in staff. Very clean. Extremely roomy and spacious. Nice linens. Breakfast was ok. Very nice facility!

Grout in bathroom floors needed a good scrubbing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stay at this hotel every time we travel south.

The only thing i would suggest is to label the kinds of pastries . For example. I'm allergic to bananas so it would be nice to know if the muffins or breads were banana bread . Everything else was fine.

they need new carpet or replace with tile. its an older facility with normal wear and tear. however, everything super clean!

We had a good breakfast in quiet surroundings. The location is easy to get to from the highway and easy to access the highway on leaving.

The property is well positioned as an easy day drive to and from our destination in Destin, Florida.

Very clean and actual good food for the complimentary breakfast

Hallways were warmish-not sure if air was running in those areas.

DJ ( the desk clerk) was Amazing! She even texted me after getting in the room to make sure everything was satisfactory! Very friendly!
