The staff were awesome. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great ! There was a great variety of foods. My only disappointment was the Pool and Hot Tub. The waters looked like they needed to be shocked. They were not clear. There were not enough chairs or even a table in the pool room. I saw 2 chairs in use. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub area was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and observant. The front desk lady made multiple rounds checking in the pool area to make sure everyone was being safe. The room was very clean.

The only problem we had was the bathroom door would hang up on the floor which was no big deal.

Staff was very friendly and make check in very easy. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were several options for breakfast the morning of checkout, and check out was very simple.

My only two complaints are there were no garbage bag liners in the room, and the pool was closed. Other than that, I was very pleased with our stay.

It was free, what’s not to like.

The only problem I had was with all the kids getting water on th floor from the pool. I almost fell a few times. It wasn’t just a little water either.

Quincy the front desk clerk is very professional. He is informative on any concerns or questions you may have. I have stayed here a few times and he has greeted me with a warm smile and welcome each time. That says a lot about his character and professionalism. The breakfast at this location is also very good. I didn’t catch her name but the cook made sure you were satisfied and the cleanliness was a plus. I will always choose this hotel whenever I come into town

There was nothing that I didn’t like about this property. I stay here often and it’s always my first choice

We had enough of towels in our room when asked there were towels in the pool room the staff was wonderful Quincy was amazing n another guy I can’t think of his name! They all treated us like family n wanted u to feel like at home n comfortable!

The man that checked us in was so nice and helpful. He was having computer problems and a man came in and cursed him because there weren't any more rooms and he handled it so well. I really helped me out when I was so stressed!

Plenty of parking, close proximity to many different eating choices. The room was very clean, comfy beds, plenty of sitting room. Facility's have definitely been taken care of. Easy to access! Loved the size of the refrigerator in the room, plenty of space to keep stuff. The staff were so friendly and welcoming both checking in and checking out. Some of the nicest hotel staff I've encountered!

No complaints at all!!

I love the location. It was close to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. Traffic was light around the area and it may our stay even more enjoyable.

That I had to leave and go back to work.

We have stayed at this property several times in the past and the staff here has always been the most friendly and welcoming to my family and I!! Quincy is by far the best!! he was most helpful when I accidentally left my room key in the room and he didn’t hesitate to help me out by giving me a new one. He has always be friendly and interactive with the guests. I can’t remember the manger’s name for the day shift but she is also top notch when it comes to questions I may have had and helpful when it came to ordering dinner to be delivered!!
