The staff were awesome. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great ! There was a great variety of foods. My only disappointment was the Pool and Hot Tub. The waters looked like they needed to be shocked. They were not clear. There were not enough chairs or even a table in the pool room. I saw 2 chairs in use. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub area was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and observant. The front desk lady made multiple rounds checking in the pool area to make sure everyone was being safe. The room was very clean.

The only problem we had was the bathroom door would hang up on the floor which was no big deal.

Staff was very friendly and make check in very easy. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were several options for breakfast the morning of checkout, and check out was very simple.

My only two complaints are there were no garbage bag liners in the room, and the pool was closed. Other than that, I was very pleased with our stay.

Quincy the front desk clerk is very professional. He is informative on any concerns or questions you may have. I have stayed here a few times and he has greeted me with a warm smile and welcome each time. That says a lot about his character and professionalism. The breakfast at this location is also very good. I didn’t catch her name but the cook made sure you were satisfied and the cleanliness was a plus. I will always choose this hotel whenever I come into town

There was nothing that I didn’t like about this property. I stay here often and it’s always my first choice

We have stayed at this property several times in the past and the staff here has always been the most friendly and welcoming to my family and I!! Quincy is by far the best!! he was most helpful when I accidentally left my room key in the room and he didn’t hesitate to help me out by giving me a new one. He has always be friendly and interactive with the guests. I can’t remember the manger’s name for the day shift but she is also top notch when it comes to questions I may have had and helpful when it came to ordering dinner to be delivered!!

Plenty of parking, close proximity to many different eating choices. The room was very clean, comfy beds, plenty of sitting room. Facility's have definitely been taken care of. Easy to access! Loved the size of the refrigerator in the room, plenty of space to keep stuff. The staff were so friendly and welcoming both checking in and checking out. Some of the nicest hotel staff I've encountered!

No complaints at all!!

Quincy was excellent during the check-in providing us all the information we might need about the area. The breakfast was very good. The room had disability access and the grab bars in the Bathroom were excellent. Good location, unfortunately we arrived in town too late to enjoy the Huntsville Botanical Gardens. Upon check-out, the system was down, and we could not a receipt. That evening I called the hotel and Quincy was on duty again, and promptly emailed me a copy of the receipt.

Perhaps the lighting could be brighter.

Room was large and decent. Close to lots of food options and the trash panda stadium. Breakfast options were good, some we hadn’t seen before in our travels.

The smoking area was right outside the front door which was gross when we were loading the car.

the breakfast was great, multiple waffle makers, chicken biscuits saturday morning and sausage and biscuits sunday morning! room was very clean facilities were nice!

Looked liked they had a pipe busted in the hallway and a few tiles were down and a garbage can was fixed to catch draining water. would have like to saw this dealt with sooner rather than bandaging it.

beds are very comfortable. faculty is clean. overall a very good stay.

pool broke the morning we arrived and it was closed to us during our stay. 3 Bulbs and 2 power outlets out in the room. Handsoap is weird smell that wouldn’t go away from hands; needs to be more mild. Breakfast is good except eggs and could use another non-sweet item (grits or hashbrowns, etc.).
