Everything at this facility met my expectations. I especially liked how exceptionally easy it was to get to the airport from there and how quick it was. I will DEFINITELY be staying there again the next time I am in the area. The ease it was getting to the airport distance-wise and no traffic-wise was truly exceptional. The Huntsville airport is quite a ways out of the city and this inn was perfect to getting back to the airport.

Nothing else needed as it met my expectations.

It felt safe, clean pool, friendly staff. It was near a few restaurants also. Beds were clean and so comfy and we were overall very satisfied with the room.

There wasn't anything that I really didn't like but the room could use a little dusting maybe some deep cleaning but it was clean n fresh and ready for us. I would Definitely stay there again for sure

Bathroom had construction items left. TV doesn’t have a guide to channels.

It's very clean and good atmosphere no drugs or unclean people hanging around so it feels safe and comfortable and the location is close to restaurants and gas stations . I will continue to stay with them any time I need a room.

I liked the location of the room as it was located on the back side of the building. Another like for the room is the bathroom facilities being hand holds for the toilet and the tub. Having a refridgorater, coffee maker, and microwave made the stay a blessing.

One thing that would have been better would have been either having a stool or a bench for the bathroom so that if a person has a prosthetic leg then they have a way of bathing. Also in a room for the handicap is having the faucet in the tub a hand held so that if the person has to sit and shower or bathe then they have access to the water instead of it just one way. There needs to be more lighting in the room so that if a person needs to work then more light is a good thing and the need of a desk is also a good improvement.

Really needs some upgrade. Rooms smelled horrible! we actually went and purchased our own bedding for the few nights we stayed bc of the smell of the room and beds.

Large clean room with parking right at the door.

Pool was not maintained and therfore unusable. Lobby was not open, had to use night window for all transactions even though not night.

Location was excellent for our usage.

The quality of the toilet tissue, it would start to disintegrate while using it.

Clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant.

Was further off the interstate than was advertised and depicted.
