Everything!!!! Especially DANA THE WAITRESS IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM!! SHE WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL, SO WERE THE OTHERS, BUT SHE WAS SOMETHING SPECTACULAR, BLESS HER HEART!!!!👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏽!! AND the desk clerks, especially JOHNATHAN!!! AND REIBERT were also excellent 👌🏽 and VERY NICE AND HELPFUL!!!👍🏼👍🏼🙂🙂🙂!! So was the cleaning staff AWESOME 👌🏽!!! WE WERE THERE for two nights! Enjoy the entire stay !!! Awesome! Awesome Awesome!!!

Paying for BREAKFAST!!!!!!! AS NICE AH PLACE AS THAT, BREAKFAST SHOULD BE FREE !! EVERYTHING ELSE IS ACCOMMODATING SO SHOULD BREAKFAST BE !!!

First and foremost, DEE DEE, the front desk associate who checked me in was phenomenal. She was very kind and welcoming, and made the check in process seamless. Dee Dee made great suggestions for going out, and they did not disappoint— she was very pleasant to converse with in general. As far as the room goes, everything was great. The room is very modern and had basic things like an iron, microwave (something I’ve had to request at higher end locations), mini fridge, and even a coffee machine. Everything was very clean and was obvious that they take great care in their cleaning and standards. As a bonus, the mattress and pillows were surprisingly comfortable!

N/A. Everyone has different experiences, some not so great, but I would find it hard to believe that anyone would have a negative experience that wasn’t as result of their own personal bitterness. Nothing negative to say from me.

The outside was pleasant but when you stepped inside the corridor it smelled like gasoline.

When I was when I made reservations for a double bed. I didn’t like the fact that I was connected to a double joining bedroom I was told the hotel was a fool. They couldn’t change my reservations so I didn’t have an option to to choose my room.

The property location was the best part for us. It was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is not run very well at all. One person to cook, clean and wait on people. Also, the bar doesn’t open until 5pm so we were gone out by then meeting up with people. We would have liked an afternoon cocktail. Not at this property.

I stayed at the Westin at the Bridge Street area two weeks ago for quite a bit more money than this hotel, and this hotel out-shined the Westin by-far. New construction, VERY clean room, and a very enjoyable visit. I will definitely be back!!

The lack of restaurants within walking distance, but I'm not "not liking" that. It seems quite a few businesses and other hotels are building in the area, and I look forward to coming back to this location.

Well-lit and ample parking. Easy, friendly check-in with Donna. She was great! Nice lobby, Room was clean and looked great. Mattress was perfect for me.

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave!

-Breakfast was $10 and very good. -Room was a good size. Bed and bedding were comfortable. -They have a bar but closed earlier than we expected.

-Beer for sale at desk is $10 EACH! That's ridiculous!! -Bathroom needed more bright light for the mirror. (Light in the closet area was better.) -No hot water in one room. In other room either all hot or all cold. -Outdoor pool open but not heated.

Very clean and comfortable

There was a 25$ “incidental” fee that was charged at check in. This is not mentioned anywhere on booking.com that I could find. Made it not quite as great of a deal:

Room was good size with plenty of working space. Very clean and comfortable. Did not eat breakfast so unclear on the food. Internet was stable and fast. And very comfortable beds

Only complaint is there's one garbage can in the room. A very small one at that!

I liked the location and surrounding area of the hotel. Near to Walmart. First night, we arrived we ate at the Chinese restaurant not too far from Walmart.

The breakfast was acceptable. The location was very good. I realize, the breakfast was included with my particular room, and I was not charged extra. However, the coffee was too watered down. Perhaps a little More coffee than Water.. Booking.com false adversitment:No Balcony with this horel. CORRECT YOUR SITE for this particular hotel.
