The hospitality was the best part. Front desk superb I know I asked her name and I’m the worst on name recall but she was so accommodating gave us all we needed and offered recommendations. Best personality and host hands down. Hotel was clean lobby to room. Beds were comfy & the room is extremely spacious. Kitchenette is perfect for a prolonged stay. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning worked swell. They have a grab and go breakfast option and a work out room. Carts for your items and an elevator. Parking was easy we felt safe. Great area. People are friendly. Aromas of cooking in the halls for extended guests, some even offer food to others love the kindness.

Only thing I would recommend would be shampoo conditioner soap in the bath and soap at the kitchen however they do provide this at the front desk. Also hairdryer, pots, pans, strainer, plates, cups, silverware, and small appliances such as a toaster or coffee pot (not keurig) etc can be requested at the front desk at check in.

Everything!!! The room was terrific. They had the air on for me during a heat warning upon arrival. The bed was comfortable. The lighting was wonderful. The bathroom was roomy and very clean and well stocked. The employees were wonderful. They were so friendly and caring. The location was very convenient. They have a very nice laundry room. I did not need to use but I did check it out and it was nice. Very affordable for the area and well worth it.

Very nice looking property. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was efficient.

Elevator was out of service in the morning, so had to carry all my luggage down four flights. Rated the property lower for location because I was awakened in the middle of the night by loud train horn and there was a lot of road noise.

Convenient location. Clean and spacious rooms.

Their site said breakfast included. However, when we checked in, the rep said they only offered a bagged to go breakfast. If I had known this, then I would've paid less at a hotel that didn't include breakfast in their description.

No carpet, good bed and pillows, lots of light. Friendly staff

Even though there were lots of outlets, we couldn't use most of them because our plugs wouldn't go in. It's like they were childproof. Breakfast was packaged muffins and granola bars and coffee. No other drink items unless you bought them out of a machine.

We have stayed here multiple times. Shout out to Bryan M. He makes each trip outstanding. Always available to help us and most of all from our first stay I watch him helping his coworkers. Appears to be a great team player

Small issue with the tv

The location. This hotel was close to a lot of places. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Which made my little getaway trip very relaxing.

The only small issue I had was the room floor needed to be swept, but other than that it was pretty clean.

Very clean, well maintained. The staff was very nice. We had a problem with our keys not working and they fixed it immediately and never made us seem like we were bothering them.

The staff from the front desk on where awesome. They changed a normal extended stay hotelo that could be anywhere to a really enjoyable visit.

No coffee in the room. They did have coffee in the lobby for the mornings.

Cleanliness and friendly staff

No hairdryer in room as most hotels. Small garbage can … yes just one. Lack of breakfast selection.
