The location is great for food, shopping, and entertainment. It is located in an area that is quiet and feels safe. The breakfast offered many options and everything was tasty. The beds were comfortable and everything appeared to be clean.

Although I felt like this was a safe area when my husband and I went for a walk around the building one morning we noticed that a couple of the downstairs windows, on the street side, had bullet holes and one window was completely shattered. This was rather concerning, considering the area and that this is one of the pricier hotels in Huntsville. For this reason, we will stay elsewhere in the future.

Very clean staff was really helpful and nice. The room was very spacious, especially with 4 people there. Beds were very comfortable and enough room for 2 people. Bath was also nice and clean.

The only complaint i would really have is the water pressure really sucked. Was not strong enough took forever to rinse off your body or hair, and that was even when we changed the different settings. Other than that, I was nice. Clean plenty of room.

The hotel was clean and the room that we stay was spacious and comfortable. Location was good, close to attractions and across from the mall with a lot of restaurants. It did not felt very family friendly. Breakfast was ok.

The front desk staff could do better, the room that we booked was a suite and they try to give me a room with two beds. They didnt apologize for giving me the wrong room and it wouldnt be ready until almost 5pm (check in is at 4pm). They try to save in little things, so no soap to wash your hands unless you ask the front desk and only 1 roll of toilet paper. The room was for 6 but there were only 4 towles. And no room service (or they didnt cleam my room while I was there). Very limited breakfast options and it is only until 9am

Service was very friendly and the women at the front desk, although there was only one there, was very friendly to all the guests, and did all her tasks in a reasonable amount of time. We were put in a room close to our family and it was very quiet. Coffee was about the only thing I would complain about, it wasn't great, but the breakfast staff was great, and I overheard another guest ask for bacon wasn't it originally out there, and the lady immediately complied and brought some first to her, and then put some out for other guests. That was very nice.

Coffee was not very good. It was watery. I did not like it. I'm not sure what else can be said about this. I didn't like it. The program keeps asking me to type more for some reason.

Great coffee. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was very clean.

I wish there was coffee available all day in the lobby. We ran out of towels in room. We had to wait to get more. No towels in the pool area. The hotel did have a lot of guests the weekend we stayed.

The layout, lighting, and location! Tate express mindfulness, by  offering me access to a pile of plasticware. He politely responded to my inquiry of what pronoun he prefers to be addressed, as, which is he.

I am not presentable with strangers. I prefer the person at the check to welcome me to the hotel, versus asking how I am doing, and asserting and joy your stay; unfortunately arrived at 3 o’clock in the morning; I am I am not the most cheerful. Also, I cannot figure out how to adjust the temperature in my room; the AC continued to lower the temperature later during the night.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! The size of the room was perfect and big enough to fit a big sofa next to the bed. Everything was clean.

I would suggest to leave courtesy water bottles in the room to be able to use it for making coffee/tea-otherwise the coffee maker is useless. Also, I had to prepare myself for a party and the dim lights were a bit of a problem.

Brilliant hotel, super friendly staff. We had a few probs paying, with a different card but maybe the IT global issue to blame. Breakfast was great and so relaxed. Replenished often and good choices. Beds amazingly comfortable. Would def stay here again.

No outdoor toilets or shower to pool, drinks fountain not working.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a 1st floor room and it was peaceful. Room was nice and the hot showers were amazing. Breakfast was good, eggs bacon, waffles, breakfast potatoes, sausage with hot coffee etc. Staff were super friendly. The area is very nice with tons of shopping and dining. All around would stay again!

Convenient and easy to find. New/updated facilities.

We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. Had to go to the front desk for bedding for the pullout sofa. And there were only 3 bath towels in a room that could sleep 5-6 people. We had 2 adults and 3 kids. By the time we realized there weren’t enough towels it was late and we were only there 1 night. We had to reuse each others towels. Also 2 kids had to use the same rag to bathe which wasn’t a huge deal. Just think there should be enough towels/rags for at least how many people the room can sleep.
