We chose Drury because it was close to the Space Center where our daughter was staying for the week. The breakfast and dinner snacks were the thing that made me choose between Drury and the Marriott across the street. It was a huge money saver. My youngest also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The little market across from the pool also was great in a pinch!

Nothing. Everything was greta. The service and staff were friendly and exceptional. We got to the hotel hour before check in after traveling for 10 hours and they were very accommodating.

The staff was phenomenal! My husband had a medical emergency and we were treated with the utmost care. They helped keep an eye on the kids while I tended to my husband. It really feels we were with family. It happened to be my husband’s birthday and they sent goodies and a card to the room! How thoughtful. Whitney went above and beyond and made sure my kids had a memorable stay! Kyle is an awesome manager and very kind. Ellise made sure to check on us and Claire was also great with the kids and also gave chocolate chip cookies! I was impressed that we stayed an extra night that was not planned. The pool was relaxing and the hot tub was amazing! Our family plans to stay once a moment as a staycation get away. Drury Huntsville is the best!

Didn't care for the plastic and Styrofoam cups in the room. Paper cups like in the breakfast area would be a much better choice in the rooms if you don't want to invest in glass for water or ceramic cups for coffee. Also was hoping for a small bar of facial soap to use at the sink. A small tube of body lotion would have been nice too. We travel quite a bit and notice these details. Overall, it was a very nice hotel stay.

OMG.. We loved everything about the Drury Hotel.. Not only do you get breakfast you get supper too.. And it is very good. Something for everyone. It felt good not worrying about where to eat after a long day. And there was a bonus on top of that.. Free fountain drinks and popcorn,, Which my kids loved... Our room was amazing.. Clean and Smelled so good.. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. I will be looking for Drury Hotel wherever I go now.

breakfast and the gym were wonderful and so helpful to keep my life going while traveling with my daughter. The service of the staff was top notch.

the alarm in our room was set for 6am and woke me up. I usually am woken up by my youngest child so I was upset that I wasn't able to sleep in due to the alarm. I would have hoped the staff would have checked the room before it was ready to make sure the alarm was not set as sleeping in is a luxury I'm only afforded when I travel without him.

I had to have a pet friendly hotel and it filled my needs. Having the soaps in the shower was handy. I recommend changing the cloth curtain changed to a plastic one as water spilled out and made a huge puddle. Luckily, I had extra towels. The food was good and it was nice to have breakfast and dinner free. Maybe the time could be adjusted an additional 30 minutes?? Bed was comfy and the pillows okay.

I did not like the fact that since I was later informed because I booked with a 3rd party, that there was an ADDITIONAL fee for having a pet ($50 a day). 😠 And since I booked through a 3rd party, I was refused to change my departure day even if I needed to leave a day early. I was told I could but would still be charged up until the original leaving date. 😠

Clean outside and inside. Friendly staff, easy to check in and out. Nice size room, everything in there you needed. Easy to navigate around, very pleasant atmosphere. Outside and inside felt very safe and welcoming. Needed an extra blanket at night and they rushed it right up to us. The FREE hot breakfast was a nice surprise and much appreciated, it was amazing, so many choices of delicious food, filled us up and was a great start to the day. We highly recommend the Drury Inn. 5 Stars.

The pillows are not comfortable... bring your own pillows.

I have had the pleasure of staying at The Drury Inn once before in Birmingham on a business trip and at that time was very comforted and impressed with my stay. When booking this trip, I noticed this location very convenient to the event that I was traveling for, "The Totally Tubular Festival" music festival, so since it was very close and my husband had heard me speak very high of the Drury Inn, I didn't even bat an eye before making sure I had secured our stay here! Something else that we liked was that traffic on I-65 North heading into Huntsville was atrocious and we were running behind on check in time, so we called ahead, and Clair answered the phone and confirmed out booking and let us know that our room would not be given away. Clair was quite candid and professional to talk with and the bonus on that was that upon arrival we discovered that there were in fact TWO Claires working the front desk! Both of them were quite endearing and very welcoming and I would love to ask you to please offer out regards and compliments on how nice they were and how welcome they made us feel!!!!! Also, the complimentary cocktails were sooooooooo very nice as well as the scrumptious munchies upon arrival as well as that very nice, heartwarming breakfast the following morning! If I had to offer any complaint, it would only be toward us, as our stay was very brief, only one evening, and that we had to get back home, but you fine folks at the Drury Inn made us feel so warm and welcome! The fact that we had to leave to come back home and that our stay was so short!!!!! LOL!

The room was a really good size. It was very clean. I was traveling alone with 2 kids and was worried about safety. I was very pleased as soon as I walked in the door that worry left. The staff was very polite and upon request the check in lady gave us a room with a view of the Rocket center. The pool area was really clean and so was the hot tub. My kids had an awesome time there. We would definitely stay there again.

Nothing negative.

This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. I didn't come across anything in my room that wasn't visibly clean. The hot breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We didn't get to enjoy the free dinner and drink option but heard only good things about it! The staff was courteous and seemed happy to be there. For the price, it can't be beat.

I have no complaints!
