Staff in the evening check in in seemed a bit in a bad mood. I think she could have been a bit more professional in dress and friendly. Morning staff more friendly but again a bit more professional clothing I think was needed.

Most places a breakfast is your choice of waffles, sausage, eggs, toast, fruit, drinks. Things of that nature. I went done to get breakfast. Drink choice was only coffee. I don't like coffee. food was a wrapped in plastic muffin or fruit bar. That is not breakfast. Anack at best.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff and guests. Quiet area clean outside very well lit parking lot. Low noise even got it being right off 565 interstate. Close to grocery stores and other attractions.

There’s wasn’t any cons about my stay outside of a week wasn’t long enough lol

Spacious room

The room above us was very loud. It kept us up most of the night. I called the front desk at midnight and asked if they could handle the noise, and they said they would call. The noise continued until 2 AM and I had to call again and ask if I could file a noise complaint. the noise sounded like thudding, running, jumping, and it was nonstop. It was also extremely loud. it started again at 6:30 AM. I slept horribly and was exhausted the next morning.

The hotel room was clean and convenient to where I needed to be. The water in the shower was hot during the entire shower. The coffee was good. The bed was comfortable. Ok for just one night.

I did not like the noise the light made in the bathroom. The air vent could have been a choice, but there was only one choice. It was noisy. The outside steps were nasty with beer cans and cigarette butts. The muffins were hard. The bed linen was hard.

The cleanliness. The comfort. It was close to the restaurants

The guest above me sounded like he was trying to enter my room thru the bathroom hatch every morning between 2 and 3 am. He also stood outside in the parking lot in front of my door smoking a cigarette all the time. He made me very uncomfortable

Clean rooms, comfortable bed...liked the recliner in the room. I'm glad they were pet friendly with available waste bags to pick up behind pet. Trash was emptied regularly.

There was some confusion among staff on how my payment thru booking.com didn't show up on their computer and upon check in, I was charged again but the manager investigated and found the payment and my money was refunded. So, all is well thanks to the management.

The girl at the front desk that checked us in was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and comfortable and it is pet friendly.

I asked for a ground floor room, but the only one they had left was on the third floor.

The location. Nice big room. Affordable.

The last day our toilet stopped up, but the staff provided a plunger and my husband fixed it.

Everything it was quiet n no noise to complain about. Friendly staff especially Ms. Angela...she's a sweetheart. She always there for me n my family.

The breakfast was all we needed while on the road. The location worked for us. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom vent fan was clogged with lint and not operating. I reported it to the staff. They seemed eager to rectify the problem.
