the hotel was nice and good location

The night time staff that checked in my employee had the nerve to ask him for 100 deposit and then argued with him and so I said let me talk to him and he was arguing and screaming at me until I emailed my credit card for the 100 deposit. I have never been treated so rudely and my employee did not even want to stay after the way the staff treated him and he had put in 10 hours work and he was exhausted. He is not a confrontational employee so he did not rest well at all due to the incident. I cant believe he talked to a woman the way he talked and screamed at me.

it was a ok room. we transferred from the 2nd floor to the ground floor which was better for us.

The second room we were transferred to had a smell we could not get rid of. The floors in both rooms were dirty you couldn't walk on them bare footed you got junk on your feet and your feet would be black. to many construction people which would stay up late outside smoking which came into the room then leave early slamming doors

The room was really nice everything was awesome but the horrible horrible staff during the day time

The staff is ridiculous they not o e of them during daytime and they just yell at ou in whatever they speak and then look at you and don't even stand what they said especially the manager if that's what she is. I told her I had emergency at the hospital and I might be late she barks at me and said not one minute late or ill call the cops and when I qet there and I ask for my deposit she said "you don't have deposit with us ",so I said can you just look for it she found it and slung it at meqàqq 14th 10⁰qqq1ĺll⁰pp Qq J9a

Location was very good staff maids especially

Toilet stool wasn’t fastened to floor it rocked when you sat on it floors could have been cleaner

Location was great. The room was comfortable and the bed.

Lighting could be better. Could use a paint job in the bathroom. Lamp shade missing.

pool was clean, room was clean, very friendly staff

couldn’t swim because of my broken leg but was still very nice pool and enjoyed sitting by edge

Price, location

The front door was extremely hard to open, it had been previous hit hard and bent. The sink was broken. The fire alarm went off twice waking us up.

We didn’t try any of the breakfast options but the hotel itself was central to everything we saw while in Huntsville! Our room was clean and comfortable! The hotel itself is aged but we never felt unsafe the two nights we stayed!

Could use a bit of updating but overall not bad for the price!

It was a nice place. I was very comfortable. Parking was convenient.

Lighting needed work and newer carpet.bathroom needed a paint job.

The property sign was poorly lit and hard to see from the road at night. The numbers on the rooms were poorly lit and hard to see at night.
