The 5 of us was well taken care of by a lady name Delisea. Her hospitality was excellent.

I was not happy with the gentleman who worked the front desk. He placed 2 of my sisters in a handicap room, when I had ask in advance for a room on 1st floor. I had spoke with Delisea to verify my room arrangements in advanced and she responded through the email. Otherwise, it was a good hotel.

Stayed for the Tipper and Friends event at Orion Ampitheater a mile down the road, was very pleased with my experience! The amenities were great and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. For the price I paid, it was above and beyond!

The rooms and halls stayed quite warm the entire time, and the elevator between floors was quite slow. These, however, are very minor complaints.

They charge you an extra fee of $100. Then say it’s for if you damage the space or break any rules they keep if not then they will give you a refund in 7-10 days !!! I feel this is poor customer service or you should let your customer know about this fee before they book their staff , because had I known I wouldn’t have booked that hotel room

the facility was very clean freshness smal when you enter I love that the hallways were wide and very roomy slept very well rooms were clean and quiet also I like the fact that they constantly monitored the hallways and other places in the facility made me feel safe

The breakfast was just OK could have been better, the coffee maker was broke didn't have a wide variety of choices

The staff for the breakfast was on top of it, he never let anything run out. The room was cleaned and trash taken out every day of out 2 day stay

Nothing wrong the entrance to the hotel is a little confusing at first you actually drive through another hotels entrance to get to it!

The breakfast was what I was expected. The room is amazing. My room was cleaned every day during our stay. They put new towels and new soaps. Customer service was awesome. My wife and I gave Customer Service an A++++

The room was nice and cozy and staff was nice.

The indoor pool/hot tub. The hot tub was super small and barely warm. Also I felt it was a little dangerous trying to get in and out as there was no kind of handrail.

Breakfast was good, the food was tasty and typical for a hotel breakfast. Coffee was available 24 hrs, loved that!

A few more towel bars or hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful to hang wet swim suits.

This is my 2nd time staying here, it’s a really hotel.

The cleaning doesn’t speak or understand English very well. Do, sometimes there’s a miscommunication in supplies for the room. But, I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location if you have stuff to do around downtown Huntsville. Rooms and surrounding are very clean. Staff are extremely nice and approachable.

Breakfast is a little sketchy, not much choices for fruits or simple everything.
