the staff was great, very pleasant & professional. The facility was so fresh and clean. welcoming.

I know it is not always possible to use a fabric softener but the sheets were very rough. I can honestly say that was the only thing I did not truly like.

Something that I’ve noticed in several hotels we’ve stayed in recently- there are no hooks or bars on the bathroom wall for the hand towels

Location was perfect for visiting the Space Center and Botanical Gardens. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and laid out towels for us as we headed toward the pool (I had called earlier and asked if pool towels were available). Employees were very helpful. The lobby smelled great! Even though the flowers were all probably fake, you felt like you had walked into a garden upon entering. There were also plenty of luggage transport carts available, so we were able to bring in our luggage in one trip. We enjoyed the pool, but wished there had been more shade because the chairs were pretty, but black and hot!

The hallway carpet needed re-stretched badly! There are huge lumps, ridges all over, not just in a few places, on the 2nd floor. An elderly person, toddler, person with balance issues, or inebriated person could easily fall. Also, the hallways weren't air conditioned, it appeared. We only had one small bar of soap in the room. Luckily, I had brought samples from previous hotel stays with me for shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

No bulb in desk lamp in our room. Lady at the desk got one. Refrigerator was not running. Plug breaker had tripped. Your cleaning staff showed make sure all is working when they clean.

Facilities were excellent. King bed was very comfortable. Bath was well supplied with towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Complimentary breakfast was cooked to order and brought to our table. A most enjoyable experience.

There was a nice large area for a dog to take care of their business. Also all of the grounds looked well maintained.

Hotel was clean-and decorated beautifully. Front desk staff was very helpful

No complimentary breakfast of any kind. I understand paying for dinner but breakfast?? For the nightly rate a continental breakfast should be included. Also in the hall leading to our room you could smell wet dog. I am all for pet friendly and thankful the odor wasn’t in our room but I thought this should be brought to someone’s attention

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The coffee maker was dirty and mildew was in the shower. Hair was on the bathroom floor, along with being on the shower walls. The sink was kinda of stopped up and the handle leaked water

The fronts desk clerk was extremely helpful when our plans made it necessary to check in early. Also it was a newer property, and was extremely clean and well maintained

The location wasn’t ideal for our stay, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. If I’d come to visit the space center it would have been ideal

The location was fine, did not try the breakfast....

The snacks, etc offered near the front dest and avaible 24/7 were way over priced....
