Property needs to be updated. Lights, mirrors, lamps, curtains, etc. Make the staffs work area more presentable and modern. Its to cluttered behind the desk.

There was a bad odor in the room, it worsened when I turned on the air. The TV is much too small for the room.

I loved everything! Nobody bothered you. Everybody minded their business. Everything exceeded my expectations. Miss Keisha cleaned my room quick and very well and was super friendly. Felt like I was at home.

Just a suggestion-separate rooms for those with pets. I don't particularly care to be in a room that a pet has been in. I like pets- but if the pet/owner is not clean that can affect someone's allergies or cause fleas. But there weren't any issues with pets.

We were very suprised at the accomodations available that we were unaware of. The room was so nice and had everything you would need if you had to stay awhile longer. We actually wish we were staying longer. Any and everything you would need was right there and not far from several places with nice activity, not far from the beaten pass. We will definitely stay here everytime we stay in the Huntsville area.

The only complaint we would have is the pillows. They were small/short as if for a small child. Overall, we will definitely be back!!

It was immaculate!! The suite was roomy, with a large desk and plenty of storage. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and 2 countertop burners. The bathroom was large with lots of hooks. A very good value.

Be advised: there is only one bed in the room for those who are used to having 2 beds. Though there were many restaurants in the area, this is located in a mix of commercial and residential town houses. A car is necessary to any restaurant. There is another hotel being constructed on the adjacent lot, but we were not disturbed by noise.

The room was nice and I appreciated having so many things stocked already in the kitchen area. Clean, very comfortable bed, and I loved having 2 seperate TVs so my teen could watch his own TV. It was a quiet room located conveniently on the first floor.

The check in took a little longer due to there only being one person at the desk and there was a line checking in. Room was great and the only thing I would recommend is to update the room with USB ports.

The staff was excellent and we found the room to be well-appointed and quite comfortable. Free parking, free coffee, and free laundry were appreciated and the small gym met our needs. While not a "5-Star" hotel, it more than met our expectations and we enjoyed our five night stay. If was traveling back to the area again, I would ot hesitate to stay here again.

It’s greats and the staff is amazing. It is a super chill and relaxed place for absolutely any person and a wonderful plus is that the washer and dryers are absolutely 100% FREE! DO YOU KNOW OF ANYTHING THAT IS 100% FREE NOWADAYS? I DON’T……. Come visit and give your opinion!!!

There is no breakfast at all here!

Bed was comfortable. Room had a full size fridge, microwave and stove top. Easy to drive everywhere we needed to go. Not too far from convention center.

Not necessarily a complaint but hotel did not have breakfast. They had some frozen options for sell
