Great hotel.. clean, friendly staff!! Nice and new... met expectations for a Hampton property! Loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

I'm a coffee snob and the only choice for creamer was the little individual, plastic half and half containers. Most nice hotels offer loads of flavored creamer options. They were also out of coffee at 9 am. Parking was a slight issue. It was pouring rain upon arrival and we had to walk from the adjacent parking lot. Only a very few parking spaces next to the building & you cannot turn around easily to go back to the covered entrance after you realize there are no parking spaces close. It's a one way street in front of the hotel and getting back around isn't fast or easy. Noted because we were going to a wedding and trying to avoid looking like a drowned duck! HA!

Loved the location. Felt tucked away but having restaurants within walking distance was a plus for us. Parking and check in was super easy. Staff were very friendly.

Our room was clean and the bed comfortable but you could hear noise from the parking lot and street below at night. Nothing too bad, but it was noticeable while trying to fall asleep.

Great location. Everything was within a short walk. Nice modern hotel with a huge sitting area in the foyer with a beautiful floor. The room was clean and modern. Good service to.

The hot water struggled to stay hot. I'm sure it was due to the amount of rooms in the hotel.

They were in the middle of construction and they loaded unbagged cement into a truck by my car. I had just washed it but will now have to have it washed again. No directly the hotel’s responsibility but it was their construction project.

the location was convenient to shops and restaurants. it was quiet, clean and beds were very comfortable. Kori was very friendly and helpful upon my arrival and throughout my stay.

it would have been nice if the pool was open and a guest laundry area on the property instead of having to walk over to the adjacent hotel

The property was well maintained & managed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The rooms was clean & the beds were comfortable.The price was very reasonable.

The hotel was nice. The location was perfect, and we definitely enjoyed having eateries right outside the hotel.

Stopped here for the night on the way to Nashville and this hotel really set the standard. Perfect location for what we needed with lots of restaurants near by. We ate at Moe’s which wasn’t the best but there was so many more options like Taco Mama next door. The front office staff (Jeff) was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. He greeted us as soon as we walked in! His hospitality made our stay that much better. I hope he gets recognition for a job well done! Customer Service is very rare these days but he has it right. The hotel is beautiful as well and features many different photos of the area. So glad we stayed here!!

The electronic key did not work, but staff provided a plastic key.

I am glad I stayed at this location since it was close to the mall, restaurants and other attractions.

I didn't like the fact that the staff was unable to find my name Carlisla Woodard on the reservation but located my mother's name, Diane Leatherwood with no problem and she was the guest.
