The location and the layout of the room is great.. for the price the amenities were fine. However the swimming pool needed cleaning.. the relaxation area was okay.

The first time we stayed, the room and everything was great.. and clean. The second time we stayed the room was decent, but not as clean.. the kitchen edge wasn't as clean the stove had grease batters on the top and back side of it the countertop and the island was not as clean. The carpet appeared not to be vacuumed.. the bathroom area was clean.. the elevators could be a lot cleaner. And the coffee maker in the common area did not work. Would I stay again, yes.. these things just need to be rectified.

Location was great. The staff was friendly. Shower and amenities offered were great! Full fridge and small kitchen area with everything needed for an extended stay.

Could have been a little cleaner we found crumbs around the bed and the lamps and table needed to be dusted/wiped down. It did appear that there were permanent residents living there as some doors had decor.

The layout of the room was great. It was very spacious! Also, the free upgrade to a 2-bedroom unit is much appreciated. The unit we stayed at also had a washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, and complete kitchen amenities. More than enough complimentary spaces and the front desk employees were very pleasant. The complimentary coffee machine at the lobby was broken during our stay but still nice that they have that option. We had a great stay for sure!

Took us 2 days out of 4 to get the room temp right.

First off, let me say that this is possibly the nicest motel I've ever stayed in. I believe this was the 4 time at this location in Huntsville. It is only 12 minutes from the airport, and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

The only negative on this trip was the cleanliness of the room. Overall it was good, but the maid left some used chewing gum stuck to the phone charger on the alarm clock, and left a used towel hanging in the bathroom

We had a wonderful stay. My son had a soccer tournament this weekend. The room was a 2 bedroom apartment and fully furnished with a full kitchen. The location was perfect. The next time I would just see if they had a 2 bed 2 bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly and offered suggestions for food. There is a Walmart and all sorts of restaurants around. You are also close to the interstate. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful and answered our questions and were very friendly. The room is a good size. It has a small kitchen and the bathroom was also a good size. We love the shower. The bed was so comfortable. Would stay again for sure. The only cons were the swimming pool was not clean or open and the fire pit did not work .There is no hot tub and no vending machines. You will have to use their little pantry to buy items to eat or drink.

This is a fairly new hotel/lodge and it is very clean and comfortable. The room I booked had full-sized refrigerator, washer & dryer (stackable), and dishwasher. I stayed for a full week and was able to easily extend my stay for a few more days. My room was 1 king bed, with small kitchen, desk & chair, and a couch. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the area and you can even have ‘Instacart’ deliver you groceries. I would definitely book here again. Home away from home!

Excellent service from staff members. but notably on 03/18 my wife called the morning maintenance man to come look at the AC unit in room 135. The unit was broken so he replaced the unit. He also went to walmart and picked up a box fan for my wife so she would have air circulating in the room as she slept. I don't have his name but I would like to thank him for the excellent service he provided he went above and beyond.

AC temperature is limited to 66 degrees and turns off can't have constant cold air circulating. also no fans available at hotel to jeep that air moving.

Our 2 bedroom suite was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was very comfortable, great quality TVs and appliances. The balcony was nice to step out for fresh air. Plenty of dresser and cabinet space. The coffee machine in the lobby was great as well. The bathroom lighting was great and the shower pressure was very nice.

Our only issue was being told the pool was open all year but it was closed.
