The rooms and facilities were very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. When I mentioned at check in that they may want to put us on the ground floor ( my son is autistic and paces/runs a great deal as a self soothing measure) the clerk not only accommodated us with a first floor room but put us directly across from the exercise facility so we could have easy anytime access to a treadmill if we needed it. The breakfast selection and service was exceptional on both days and there were several healthy and delicious options available for my children who both have celiacs. We were walking distance from several fantastic restaurants and there was a neighborhood farmers market set up a block away on the Sat morning we were there. The location was phenomenal !! We will 100% stay here again when we are in town.

Marcie on the front desk was a blessing! She was so helpful and kind at every step. Every worker I encountered here was cheerful and greeted me. The room we had was spacey with a pull out couch, mini-fridge, microwave, and good closet space. Honestly didn't realized this place had breakfast, so it was a really pleasant surprise. Good selection, including waffle makers. We used the gym and really appreciated the cooler full of waters. The neighborhood is super cute, a couple of restaurants you can walk to!

One of the prepackaged, refrigerated grab and go items from the breakfast area had mold on it.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. The facility was clean; which is a huge plus as it relates to any hotel. The room was very nice as well.

The opaque door for the bathroom was a bad idea in that anytime the light was turned on it lit up the sleeping area. Also, an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a good idea. Steam accrual is a constant plague for bathroom mirrors. Road noise was, at times, somewhat annoying. However, it was not a deal-breaker. The sliding glass in the partition between the sleeping area and beds had been "fixed" so as not to allow them to be used. 🤷🏻‍♂️

location was amazing. can walk to may restaurants. vibe was cool. All the staff was so very friendly. The most friendly of any hotel that I have stayed. Breakfast has a great selection and the food was good.

The beds could have been more comfortable and there was large gaps in the entry door of the room that allowed alot of light in from the hall. Not ideal for sleeping.

I was truly impressed with the attention provided by the staff, from check in to check out, including the breakfast attendant. The room had a very nice layout. My only regret was that it did not have a refrigerator with freezer section, rather than just a food cooler.

It did not have a real refrigerator.

I absolutely adored the front desk associate Mrs. Marcie she made my check in as well as my check out an absolute delight! When I went up to the room I can honestly say that the pictures didn’t do it enough justice, it was absolutely beautiful and the cleanliness was top tier. I enjoyed my entire stay!

I loved everything.

The staff was so nice and helpful, no matter the shift. The housekeeping crew was very thorough when cleaning and replacing linen. The room exceeded my expectations.

The only thing I did not like if the outdoor pool. I would rather have an indoor pool so it could be used year-round.

The shower was excellent. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent. Convenient to restaurants right out the door of the hotel and good area to stroll around by foot. The staff were nice.

My room was so Spacious and Comfortable! It had everything that you want and need for a great stay!! Shopping, adult activities, and dining is also in walking distance right here at SpringHill Suites!

The front desk staff was excellent, the room was clean and in great shape, the air conditioner worked, and the breakfast was so delicious - one of the best that I have had at a hotel.
