The new owners who took over this particular motel are awesome!!! The staff is very attentive and helpful, and they genuinely care about you and your stay here! It's always hectic whenever there's construction going on around where you are living or in my case, temporarily calling home, however, it's super quiet and clean! I just wish there was more closet space and a bathtub!!! I will definitely choose here before any other motel, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling or looking for somewhere to rent or buy!!! Ask for Sky and Shoben! They are the best guys for the job of booking stays, dealing with reservations and cancellations, and working the front desk! The customer service provided is beyond excellent, and I wish there were more people like them at the front desk of other places that people are staying, while they are looking for a permanent home. (Because that's what they make this motel feel like)!

I wish there was a little bit more space to hang clothes, because I hate having to iron! But that's not a dislike, only an opinion!!!

Great experience from check in and the customer service at the front desk was great!! The room was very clean and they looked like it was a brand-new hotel. I loved the Dove shower products and the breakfast was good, though I wished they had some fruit. I thanked the staff and I thought I needed to extend an extra day and the staff said "no problem", but my business was concluded. I told the staff I would be returning to Huntsville, Al and will book another night's stay.

I can see this location has been under construction with the renovated rooms. The next order of business should be replacing the windows (some have begun to get clouded).

The hotel is currently being renovated and we stayed in one of the freshly renovated rooms. The furnishings were very nice and are giving the property a new lease of life. I spoke briefly to one of the cleaners and she was really enthusiastic about the renovation and told me about the plans to renovate the pool area and the outside of the hotel. So nice to hear the enthusiasm from the people who work there as they are the individuals who will maintain the standard once finished.

We paid peanuts for this one night stay and had little/no expectations. We were really surprised with the room and the enthusiastic staff who I think are starting to see with their own eyes that this hotel will become a really nice place to stay once completed.

I did not use the breakfast option but the location is good for dining out. I would like to compliment you on the bed. Outstanding comfort. I am a Hyatt employee of over 25 years and our beds are not close to comparing to La Quinta. Look forward to using your property again on my trips to Pensacola from Cincinnati.

Perhaps a few more ice machines strategically placed.

Bed very comfortable, room clean and smelled good, plenty of towels. An enjoyable stay. Plenty of space for me. Great location to lots of food places and event places.

There needs to be a shelf or something in the shower to hold your products, washcloth or razor in there. Maybe an ice machine on the first floor and breakfast meats and eggs since u offer waffles, bagels, toast.

Everything new. Kind staff. Clean. Tasty breakfast. Well done! I hope the La Quinta Team will charge the full deposit from the guest in our 1st room before us. He smoked and covered the smoke detektor with a plastic bag. I would blacklist him and report to the police, non-responsibility for other lifes! The frontdesk gave us another room 🥰

Everything for the most part. The room was clean and very comfortable. They just need to wash the wood floors more often. Staff were nice, good location for Huntsville. Room value/cost was quite good. Will certainly stay there again.

It was OK but I wouldn't want any children trying to prepare their own waffles. Location was pretty good and the fruits were good.

If you're checking out and there isn't anyone at the front desk; you have a key scanner that check you out and deactivate your room key before it's put into the drop box.

The room was nice, clean, and well organized. In addition, there were plenty of towels and the dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body gel were filled appropriately.

The room had a bit of a weird smell to it, but it was nothing overwhelming and did not really bother me much.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Free breakfast is included. Although the air conditioner unit was a bit loud at times the stay was great

Other than the air conditioner making a whistle type noise, nothing.
