customer service was Top Tier from First Shift to Third Shift everyone was so kind and welcoming......The room was big and spacious for the price the bathroom was nice and they had direct TV a lot of selections to watch......Property was clean in the interior and exterior.....5-stars from me and my family.....

That there wasn't any vending machines since I had teenage kids who wanted snacks after midnight and the nearest store was closed. Also the pool area could've been bigger but, overall it was a GREAT STAY .......

Jon'uelle Chester and the front desk manager was very friendly and helpful with providing someone to fix the television and provide the necessary amenities that I needed.

I had to use the Internet to make calls because I didn't have a straight line to do international calls, but the WIFI keeps reconnecting. Sometimes I was unable to complete my calls.

It was under construction and they were loudly working at night. And every time I looked outside there was these two women sitting on curb beside my car…within inches of it. Later on that night, 1am, the lady at the front desk came knocking telling us to make sure and keep door shut so the homeless in the neighborhood wouldn’t try and come in on us?!?!? WTH?

The location was good friendly staff Jontelle the receptionist and Abby for breakfast. They made sure everything was comfortable

The room appliances need updating and carpet in the room. It Is an older hotel so it need some updated renovations. However, they manage to keep the facilities clean. I would stay here again. It’s clean.

We absolutely loved everything from the breakfast to the location.We loved the heated pool.Room was very clean bed was really comfortable the shower was great big bathroom location was great because the hotel is so close to different restaurants & a couple of strip malls including a Skechers Store& a Burke's Outlet Restaurants close by Rosie's Mexican Cantina Logan's Roadhouse IHOP Buffet 88 Phil Sandoval's Mexican Restaurant Burger King Smoothie King Toyko Japanese Restaurant The Rice Box etc . & there's also two gas stations close by the closest one was Circle K their hot foods is very good & tasty & they accept EBT it was the perfect location & I would definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends & I would even recommend this hotel to a total stranger..

There's not one thing that We did not like

I liked the location, the free breakfast, and the super friendly staff! The value was good for what I needed. The bed was comfortable!

Room could have been a little cleaner…the sofa had noticeable stains. Also, the heat lamp in the bathroom didn’t work. The light over the room’s door was malfunctioning so it was very dim.

Clean and comfortable

We didn’t have bedding for the pull out couch even though we booked for a room with 4 people . The water was shut off during check out. The hotel didn’t have control of that but it made getting f ready to get back on the road hard

The location of as perfect for what I needed.

No breakfast. They said breakfast would start at 6:00 am - but they were not ready. My employees waited as long as they could (30 minutes +/-) but had to get to the job so couldn’t wait any longer.

Great area, clean, spacious room

Bathroom vanity cracked in half and just poorly glued back together. Breakfast was not what staff told us and the hot breakfast was not very good. Could not even get just plain water at breakfast. Also no way to really block sun in room so we could sleep the shade was not sufficient

Great location near restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Indoor pool was small but heated and clean. American breakfast was carb heavy but had good selection for family overall. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean. Will stay again.

There were a few cosmetic issues like cracked bathroom counter or scuffed base of the door but was clean. Our only issue was the hair dryer didn't work in our room. We reported it to front desk at checkout. Definitely not a deal breaker.
