It was a great time in this hotel! Behind this hotel, there are Ross, Berlington and Dollar Tree. In front of, Wallmart and Five Guys. Very dark and quite room, I love it!

The lifter on 3rd floor was in maintenance during my hosting, but I understood. Breakfast was very good, but unfortunatelly there is no option for any fruits...

It was conveniently located with shopping arcade and multiple chain restaurants nearby. The staffs are also very helpful and friendly!

The cleaning and house keeping are a bit difficult to interpret. They have "light touch", which is throwing the trash away and changed the towels. Then you have another level of clean up which makes the bed too. Then there is something like full clean up with vacuum and all. So even we mentioned full house keeping, it seems that they miss something on some days. But this is minor really.

Exceptional! Beds were SO comfortable, the hotel is convenient to everything.. minutes to Orion Amphitheater, front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Can’t remember her name but started with an N. She was hysterical! Loved her! Only complaint would be the noise level from the people above us. Must have had small kids running around. Would request 3rd floor next time. Will definitely be back for more concerts at Orion and will stay here again!

The professional employee that check me into my room. She gave me her name and told to contact her about any situation that would not be 10 out of 10. They are extremely dedicated to their patrons having a great stay and it showed in the way she spoke and interacted with me. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to this city. The rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean . The water pressure for the shower was outstanding and just the thing I was glad to have after a long day.

The room was very nice and had lots of space. The front desk staff was fantastic!! Great conversation and suggestions for places to eat!

The ice machines were out on our floor.

Some of the plugins outlets didn't work. I said something to the front desk, and they just put it on what she said a work order, and it would probably be Monday before they get to what by then we have done check out And some of the TV channels we could not get.

The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect everything was in walking distance.

Needed our rooms clean we had told them for two days that we had needed our rooms clean they never did clean them until the third day which it was after 4pm before our rooms got cleaned and we had just gotten back to our room from after running errands and then we had to leave again because the house keepers came to clean our room. Not to mention our sink was clogged and I myself had to unclog it it was a wad of hair stuck in the drain.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and bed, wonderful breakfast, close access to the highway, close to restaurants and shopping, plenty of parking, nice place to take a walk after being in the car
