Staff was extra helpful and kind hearted.. The bar and cafe area was delicious and the waitress and chef were amazing.

I didn’t like that it was a drunk person either above or below us acting a fool and cursing literally all night long. I didn’t actually fall asleep until 400AM due to him acting out, and I had to get up early to drive back Sunday morning before the snow started in home town.

We couldn't eat breakfast because it didn't open until 7. We were there for a volleyball tournament and a lot of them had to be back at the courts by 7 so that part was disappointing. We planned on the free breakfast so trying to find something open at that time of morning and make the time to do that wasn't easy.

The mattress was pretty stiff and we couldn't eat the complimentary breakfast.

Well designed room (1 King bed) for solo traveler. Friendly staff. Enjoyed having a bar with food and TV; ate there 3 nights of 5. I was even next to elevator and never heard it (except the "ding" in the morning when I was almost awake). Had live music a couple nights. Free plentiful parking and close to downtown. Reasonably priced and overall great experience. I would stay there again.

I can't comment on amenities like pool, gym, etc. I didn't have breakfast as part of my room; $15 too much to pay for breakfast I just ate McDonalds.

Although the exterior looked a little dated, the interior was new and modern. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the AC was cold. It was an easy walk to the Orion and several restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved that the staff made my room available at 3:00 PM, but my check in wasn’t until 4:00 PM. The staff went above and beyond to greet me and inform me of all the amenities that the hotel had to offer. From dining to relaxation, this hotel made me feel at home. Right next door to “the camp”.

Baggage trollies could be updated. 2 out of 4 had issues with the wheels and the balance was off. Otherwise, perfect stay!

The hotel is in the perfect spot when attending a concert at The Orion. We were able to walk to and from and it was safe, well lit and wonderful.

The bath tub shower curtain didn’t cover the shower area and it allowed water to go everywhere, there was also a sizable gap where the shower wall is.

Breakfast was great. Location is perfect. Place is probably the cleanest I’ve stayed at!

Check in staff wasn’t very friendly and the next day not very informative. I asked if there was free breakfast because it said there was online but all the signs said $15.99. The girl I asked said no. And another girl overheard and said no you guys are on the 5th floor so you get two free. Well I guess we already had the break fast tickets but didn’t know that’s what they were because they never told us at check in. Only other complaint was waiting on the music to stop next door at the camp so we could sleep. But that was a super cool place.

The food was very good with lots of options. Staff very friendly. I was pleased that room was available early.

Ceiling in room 130 looked to be dirty or a little molded over TV area, like it had been wet and patched. Wall around air conditioner needs repairing.

The location was great for the amphitheater.

The shower door was hard to close and water went everywhere in the bathroom. And we couldn't take our breakfast to the room. So I had to doordash some breakfast for my mom.

It was clean and I felt safe. It was in close proximity to Orion Amphitheater

Nothing I can think of I was on the first floor which I like and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The food was really good too!
