The location of this property is amazingly perfect. The location is surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, yet tucked away from all the business. I liked the flow of the apt., however, a suggestion for future structures, a pocket door to the bedroom would be nice. I only suggest this for couples with children that may be sleeping on the sofa or another guest, it would provide moments of privacy (if you know what I mean).

When we got there we noticed that the kitchen drying towel was dirty and the coffee machine didn’t work, but no problem there since there was a coffee machine in the lobby. There was a heavy downpour of rain and water was coming into the room from under the door. Then around midnight on Saturday there someone outside sawing or something that was a little disturbing.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious! I loved the layout!

Honestly, just the price. It is probably worth it, but it's just a little out of my comfort zone.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I had forgotten that this of customer service even existed. I felt extremely welcomed. The facility is newer and well taken care of. The room looked new. It was spacious and had everything you would need to stay for days even though we were only staying overnight. This was a pleasant way to rest during our trip.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. The only minor thing that could have made it even better was that the hot and cold water lines were switched in this room, probably due to a repair, so it took a minute to figure out the shower and faucets. Even the water in the toilet tank was hot, lol. But I would be concerned that the dishwasher wouldn't be getting hot water.

can be charged extra if you don't take out your own garbage....understandable if staying long term, but not for two days.

Size was great! Price: reasonable. Location was good for our needs. Quiet. Plenty of towels. TV in living room and bedroom. Security was excellent.

The floors were in dire need of cleaning, no coffee filter for small packet of ground coffee. No dish soap, only dishwasher pod.

Housekeeping can be offered at least every other day instead of once per week. The BBQ and patio area is common space. The apartment should at least have s balcony.

Apartment location, size and general condition.

Some maintenance had been delayed. Bag over smoke detector. We reported both and nothing was done. Also requested some extra coffee and never received it. Nevertheless, the personnel was friendly and we had a good stay. There was some noise one night, running and shouting.

Loved the apartment. Space was very clean. Beds were comfy.

Checking in and checking out with a human were a little challenging. It felt like they only had one overworked person managing the whole property, and we had to wait for more than 10 minutes to get in and out.

No dresser for additional storage but overall big walk-in closet space

Location was great for a multi-week assignment at Redstone Arsenal. Very easy commute both ways, even at rush hours. Also, it was within walking distance to large shopping center (with a Target). This meant there was no reason to drive around an unfamiliar city for groceries, etc.
