Very convenient to our destination. Food at breakfast was a good variety and plenty of it. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was clean.

Two females, unfortunately our door was in a back hallway which was midway down the hall, and next to a stairwell that could conceal someone….i know that is an architectural thing, but as law enforcement, I noticed that. We were not frightened, and didn’t ask to change rooms, just were very observant when we returned later in the evening.

Didn’t get to eat breakfast, got up too late?🤷🏾‍♂️ The location was in a good spot near local restaurants, some within walking distance. Got to go to a nice night club about a mile from the hotel..👍🏾

The room had a sort of smokers smell to it?🤔 It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room?😒

rooms had reliable internet and general room service was not too bad. Window curtains were heavy enough for more privacy and protect direct sunlight in the room and in addition breakfast and food service people were wonderful.

The floor carpet was sticky when you step on it bare footed I don't the reason why it was so, the side bedroom lights are old and very deam especially when you are in the table wanting to read something it affect the eyes. One of the ladies in the front desk didn't satisfactorily answer my questions as she seems to have an attitude I don't know why. Also, outside environment was filthy with weed smell coming from unknown direction in both side of the hotel.

The location was close to everything we needed, and there were lots of food places nearby. The breakfast was good, simple but did have some warm items to eat. The room was easy to get to, and we had no trouble finding it. The reception desk staff were helpful and kind each time I interacted with them.

The paint on the outside of property didn’t match the booking photos so that was a bit of a shock. While the breakfast wasn’t grand, and the hotel overall was a bit out-dated, the positives made up for it.

Very clean room. Nice, firm beds. Breakfast was open at 6AM everyday with a staff member keeping everything stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking spaces were limited for number of spaces near our entry portal and the driveway was very difficult to get through with larger SUV's. The stairwells were not cleaned daily as trash and cigarette butts were always there.

the rooms was great, they was nice. the location was great, you had restaurants an shopping area all on one strip

really needs a bathroom by the swimming pool area, if you have to use it you have to walk back to your room. that's a real inconvenience, especially if you have little kids. didn't see any staff cleaning up around the pool area, it wasn't dirty but it had a little trash around the pool area an the smoking area on the other side

Location was excellent.close to the airport(12 minutes away)and close to what we needed. Room was a decent size and comfortable . Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was the same,good but no variety. Outside Temp was 76° all week and at one point 80° but unfortunately the outside pool was closed for the season ...wish that was specified online because I would have chosen one with an indoor pool .

The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, and so were the pillows. There were eggs and sausage for breakfast instead of just kibble and food catering to future diabetics and obesity. The breakfast lounge looks nice 🙂

Everything, and I mean everything, was plastic, and then individually wrapped in plastic. With all the summits going on about the environment, it's unbelievable to see how little regard there is sometimes.

It was convenient to everything In Huntsville, just minutes to the Van Braun center and downtown. It was clean, the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a motel, but above all the staff was amazing! They were kind, courteous, friendly and funny! The place was so clean and well taken care of and the breakfast was excellent!

I like everything about it.

The staff was incredible. My flight arrived super late and Jamilla answered fvs phone and made told me she had everything under control for my Kate arrival. The manager walked around and spoke to people whine they were having breakfast; it felt very welcoming and inviting. I will definitely be staying again.
