The staff was nice, the room was nice. There was a snack/vending store in the lobby that we were able to use when we got back late. They provided coffee, hot chocolate, and water throughout the day.

Breakfast needs to open earlier. 7:00 AM start is really late for a lot people, especially when work days normally start at 8:00 and there is a commute. We had to be somewhere at 7:15. Nobody wants to scarf down food in 5 minutes. Unfortunately the day of our stay, there was a lobby full of youth athletes waiting for the breakfast to open. Even 30 minutes earlier would have been a life saver and made the experience more enjoyable. If you book through a third-party website, call the hotel to confirm correct room selection. Booking.com did not relay that I chose a 2 bed unit (2 queens). All that showed on the hotels confirmation was standard room and my daughter and I were put into a 1 bed unit. Which was honestly fine to share a bed, but it was not what I selected.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very nice.

Due to booking thru booking.com and then trying to modify our reservation prior to arrival we ended up with no where to stay our first night. The hotel was sold out and all of the other hotels nearby were booked as well. Furthermore, they could not let us out of our reservation for the next night so we couldn't drive on to the next city. So we were facing having to sleep in our car for the night and ended up having to stay in a motel that was not in a good part of town with vagrants in the area. The sheets had holes and the room had bugs. Holiday Inn Express hotel in Huntsville was amazing but I do not recommend using booking.com.

Truly the best planned hotel I have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean in every area - room, hallway, reception, etc. Loads of electrical sockets, a selection of pillows, the screen fully covered the window to block light, and easy access to internet. Bathroom had excellent mirror (I didn’t look ghostly and could do my makeup), several grabbers, a nightlight, plastic chair to put towels near the tub. Very well planned breakfast area with fast and easy access to food - and Jackie was very helpful. Just one of the best places I’ve ever stayed with enormous thought for the guest.

Nothing, it was near to perfection.

It was extremely clean! everything felt new, the future in the bedroom was really nice, the bathroom was really clean, they had dove shampoo and conditioner as well as hand wash. The towels smelled fresh. And the bed had a different set of pillows, firm and soft. The breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, bread, and some other options. The staff was friendly.

I thought breakfast was okay but not great. food was always fresh but there were supply chain issues causing a shortage of Juice in the mornings. I'm not a fan of the automatic pancake machine. Overall I think it was fine.

My one minor complaint is the fitness center cardio machines had televisions attached to them but they did not seem to work. It would have been better if there were instructions explaining how to work the televisions or if they were not working there was a sign that explained that they were not working.

We did not get the room as booked. We payed for double queen and we got one queen bed and sofa for kids. We were told that mistake is on booking. com side. The hotel personnel refused any tries to negotiate stating that we should contact booking. com. It was first time ever a got such troubles.

The property was perfectly located for the places we were wanting to go. It was clean, comfortable and modern.

When I booked our room I booked a queen suite because we needed the sofa sleeper because we were traveling with our 20 and 18 year olds who will not share a bed. The first room was 2 queen beds, no sofa sleeper. The second room we got was a King and a sofa sleeper, still wouldn’t work for our needs. After waiting about 40 minutes it was finally rectified and we got the type of room we booked. While this didn’t ruin our trip or our opinion of the property, it was irritating.

Hotel and room was nice and clean..breakfast had a nice selection and the breakfast attendant was very nice and accommodating.

Location was a little awkward with housing close by,but I felt safe and secure.Parking was adequate.

Conveniently located to the space center and local restaurants

Switches for the lights in our room were confusing. Some didn't do anything and others turned on lights where they shouldn't have. Kinda annoying when trying to use the restroom at night and the bright light over the bed turns on

The room was very nice, updated with modern features. The space was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

I would have liked separate sections for the gluten-free breakfast items and a list of allergens for all the foods would be helpful. The lobby had a strong sewer smell both days we were there.
