I got the mobility room without asking for some reason so that was a nice surprise. Room was very clean and very big. Lighting was nice and bright, turning on the smaller lamps around the room made it feel more cozy. Room and area was quiet. Motel is close to some fast food and nicer restaurants. I didn't need a shower so I can't speak to that.

It's a small thing but the outlet on one of the sides of the bed was sticking out (not flush with the wall), it had 2 usb ports and 2 normal plug ports. The usb ports worked fine, but the plug ports didn't. The outlet on the other side of the bed was fine. Also I like to keep the room cold, even tho I had it low, the room just wouldn't get cold and I couldn't feel it from the bed. The sheets were the kind that are very thin, but you can over heat very quickly. Bring your own blanket if you can. Decor could use some updating like some artwork or wall painting.

Staff was very patient, understanding and friendly. The room was very neat and compact, perfect for a short stay. Bed was soft and clean.

Strange stains/residue on the tub. Doesn't really feel like the safest place to stay in with the emphasis on keeping the doors locked and keeping your more valuable belongings hidden. Not to mention the human trafficking awareness sign in the lobby.

It felt very comfortable and clean I would not have been happier in a more expensive hotel I’ve stayed in ones that cost hundreds of dollars a night and found that I slept just as well here.

The exterior needed work but with the great value of the rooms and how good the rooms are it’s okay that the doors need painted

Been disappointed with most Motel 6 locations in past 6-8 years, run down, dirty, etc, but this one was great. Located near the Space Center & restaurants. Under new management & they are remodeling the rooms. Will take a while, but it's worth it. The carpenters do VERY good work, with attention to detail. Our room had new everything, including furniture and mattresses. Exceptionally clean. VJ and Mona at the desk are very nice and explained their plans for redoing the rooms. They will do each side of the main building before moving to the next. You may want to call ahead to see if a new one is available when you plan your visit. Will absolutely recommend to friends.

Vijay and Ms.Pat made everything fast and convenient. Their customer service was 5 star compared to other motels they were very welcoming and professional and made me feel like family and not just a guest. They went above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my stay. Room was spacious clean and very quite they deserve a raise or at least some recognition.

Location and the the Caucasian lady I can't think of her name to be at the front desk she always take care of me when I'm there always nice and pleasant

That the floor and room looks clean but wasn't. Didn't have a table in the room like the second floor

I didn't like that the floor was dirty and I had to buy a Swiffer mop to clean the floor. The fridge had stuff in the cracks of it and dirty

Staff was made aware if my mobility issues during check in and made extra arrangements for me went above and beyond to help me.I appreciated it very much.

No issues as i said I was very pleased with my short stay and will definitely book again as need arises.

The price and location were good. The way their new renovated room looks are a lot nicer.

The floor didn't seem to be very clean, could've used a good sweep and mop. We were told we could park in front of our room but other people would park there when we would leave. Probably should designate parking to other guest if they want to let the people who occupy the bottom floor use those spots.

The bed is so hard to sleep on. My fridge did not properly. No freezer on top. Because of the fridge, I am looking to go to another hotel. I still have 3 more days to be here. Thank You
